The post Office in Sierra Vista sucks! They don’t leave packages and claim them as delivered. They have lost numerous packages and mail. I have tracked packages and they make it to out for delivery status but for some miraculous reason they can’t make it to the box.

I am extremely frustrated with my postal worker Haido or Kaido. I'm handicapped and he does nothing to help me with my packages that arrive. He is supposed to help me get my packages that arrive. I need help from the post office to effectively deliver my packages.

THE BOX FOR OUT GOING MAIL WAS LEFT OPEN AT 1840 S HWY 92 SIERRA VISTA AZ 85635. SO THERE IS ACCESS TO EVERYONES MAIL.

Today, August 10, at 5:50 PM I went to the mailbox cluster to get my mail. The back doors are open so that anyone can access anyone's mail. I don't know if this will reach anyone to do anything about it, but be it known that that is the situation. Unfortunately, it is after hours, so I can't all anyone. I suppose it will stay that way until tomorrow.

I encountered the RUDEST postal employee today at my apartment complex. At one point she was “shooing” me away. I understand that many are stressed these days, but I consider myself a customer and she evidently resents me. Perhaps she is always so disgruntle, then she should retire. Maybe working to 5:15 is too much for her.

I am losing confidence in USPS. Here is why, I have received an electric termination warning from SSVEC do to unpaid bill. I had mailed the check out, but it took nearly 3 weeks to go from SV to Wilcox. Another bill was mailed from SV to Los Angeles. It took 33 days.

There is a defect in the community mail box in front of 1305 Katherine drive. The box openings are larger with the front loading door open than when it is closed. Today was the second time I had a package in my box that could not be removed because the package was larger than the personal access door. Further more, the post office does not answer their phone. I suspect someone keeps it off the hook so that it is constantly busy.

There must be something going on at USPS, Sierra Vista Main Branch, when it comes to mail delivery services. Twice already, shipments from Amazon were not delivered. Attempted deliveries were supposed to be made with the flippant excuse that the house front which is always clear were NOT ACCESSIBLE. How can a frontage be NOT ACCESSIBLE and a MAILBOX not accessible when they are literally in front of an open street or driveway?

In the past, I have always had pretty good service from the Sierra Vista Post Office except for a couple of behind the counter reps. However, in the past month, at least two occasions, my shipments from Bootbarn (shown as delivered to the Post Office) have not made it to my P.O. Box and no instructions left for me to pick up at the counter. I only received them after going to the counter to ask and 1 package received was only partial. I suspect someone in your Post Office is wanting to hijack my package from Bootbarn.

Why does this post office not support American Troops stationed in harms way. I paid over $50 to ship package to APO address. I guess just money hungry. Think I was Ripped. What ever happen to support or troops.

Just moved to SV and found that there is no mail drop at our community mail box in our subdivision. Was wondering why there were none, so called the Post Office. They confirmed that we would have to put any out going mail in our mail box vertically and the postman "might" pick it up, or we take it downtown to the local postoffice. Any thoughts from SV? It would be nice to have a small outgoing mail drop on each subdivision mail box location. Its hard when an older retired person doesnt get out to mail letters, and there is no place to mail outgoing letters.

Delivery person does not pick up mail from the outgoing mail slot in front of our place of business. This happens several times a week. Why is that?

I swore that I wouldn't use the USPS again in Arizona after my daughters Christmas box was opened and items were taken out. Box was received with missing items and we were told "sorry, you have insured it for more." (Phoenix) Then birthday cards were 'lost' in the mail and now a package says 'delivered' but it hasn't been. I am so sick of the Post Office in AZ!!! I'll pay more and go to UPS or FedEx! (Sierra Vista)

This Post Office is the absolute worse place I have ever dealt with. With the exception of two, all of the people there are extremely rude, LAZY and inefficient. The mail carrier to our home isn't much better. They never attempt to deliver packages to our door they just leave a notice which means I have to go to the Post Office and stand in their long line and deal with the jerks at the counter. I say let them go under, I'm quite sure a private firm would do a much better job.

I live in Golden Acres, Sierra Vista. The new mail person has delivered one of my packages to my next door neighbor, who has caused nothing but trouble for me. She is a mean, hateful person and in her usual way, she has taken my package, opened it up from the bottom, re-taped it, then bashed it in, as I listened to her beat on it. Then she threw it down, by my mail box, much later in the day, after she saw me get my mail, already. I have a street mail box, anyone could have taken it! I don't have any challenges with my other neighbors, but this woman has a mental problem, screams at dog walkers and is just plain mean. I want your delivery people to please, be sure to read the package/mail labels carefully. If I have any more packages delivered to this woman, who is trying to destroy and/or keep my mail, like my utility bills, (in the past), I will have to report it to another, higher branch of the postal service. This is extremely important to me and I am very upset about this!

This is an update: I am still having my packages/mail either not delivered or delivered to other people. I have clearly marked my mail box, with an arrow pointing to my house, put my address on my front gate, (so it can be seen from the street) and it is also on the upper corner of my house. Yet, still, my mail, my packages, (as of 10-10-19) are not being delivered despite my receiving notices from the sender and the post office website, that they were. When I don't get my item, (this time a medical device I badly need), it is kept by the person who did receive it, in error! Now we know why the prices of things are going up, because the U.S. Postal Service, here in Sierra Vista is giving away merchandise to the wrong people and the company where the merchandise is ordered from has to resend another, causing them to lose money. They have to raise prices to make up for the lack of concern by the ignorant mail delivery people, who can't take the time or read house numbers, clearly marked! This is a big problem for all who live in my residential community. Many have complained, yet this challenge has continued on and on, through the years! WHEN WILL IT STOP AND WE FINALLY GET GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE? Maybe salaries should be cut, until they get it right?

While taking out the trash this morning, I found my undelivered National Geographic magazine and a delivery notice sitting on a pile of leaves in the apartment's dumpster. Seriously?

This is possibly the worst mail service I have ever had in my entire life. On a regular basis, my mail person has either: 1) Not even tried to deliver a package to my door; 2) Not left notice a package was waiting for me at the post office; and 3) Not attempted to redeliver a package after I signed the notice asking for the package to be redelivered. I am now having to go down to the post office for the THIRD time within a few weeks to retrieve a package due to the ineptness of my mail person.
