Worst post office ever! I have a request on file to forward my mail and the idiots keep returning it to the senders!! These postal employees need some MAJOR retraining!! I have been trying to call them, but of course they will not answer the phone!

very bad customer service I ordered an item from Amazon it was supposed to be delivered today the driver can't drive 1/2 a block to drop it off at my house if it will not fit in the mailbox? people are getting soft and lazy

The Hereford Post Office has twice misplaced a certified letter addressed to me. The staff are very friendly and try to be helpful, but the service is uneven. There are times when I receive mail or packages in my POB that are not addressed to me. And there are times when I do not receive mail that is sent to me, including certified mail that has been delivered to this facility per the tracking information.

My mail packages are opened every time i pick up mail and packages. whom ever is doing this. please stop. I don't want you to lose your job. but retrained the policy and procedures. I know that the mail go through machines, but i can tell the difference. thanks

When delivering packages, it would be nice if the delivery person did not cram the package in the letter compartment of the NBU. The front side (where the customer collects his/her mail) is smaller than the back side where the delivery person crams the package. 2nd time this has happened... Left message in outgoing saying move the package to the parcel bin, but what did the deliverey person do... Pulled the package out of the back, put two new letters in the box, and cramed the package back in. Tried to call the postoffice but 15 minutes of the phone ringing and no answer. Will put another notice to the delivery person in outgoing, probably not quite as polite as last nights notice...

Rude post master, They can’t get there story straight from one rep to the next. He kept cutting me off when I tried to talk and explain. Lazy, said it was to much work to do what they are required. Rude Rude .

I just received our daily mail delivery at 6621 S Moson Rd, in this bundle are pieces addressed to (1) 6289 S. Fleetwood Pl; (2) 6231 S. La Donna Ln; (3)6331 S La Donna Ln; (4) 6371 S La Donna Ln; (5) 6348 S La Donna Ln; This looks like a carrier is emptying the vehicle at any postal customer without regarding the actual mailing address.

The staff at the Hereford Post Office is friendly and competent. Sometimes the wait time is long because Sierra Vista residents come here to do their mailings instead of using their own post office.

The post office in Hereford, Az. Is the worst PO that I have ever seen. The employees act as if they are doing you a favor, the customer service is horrible, it is like pulling teeth to get your packages delivered. I can get no information most of the time. The worst of the worst is a compliment compared to how they actually are.

Tracking number shows package delivered at mailbox. Nothing in the mailbox. The next day at the post office they say they will check with the route person. 2 Days Later the package is in the mail box but has been cut open. I considered this to be a good delivery as many packages never make it. I normally request senders to use FedEx or UPS for any package. A few times after complaining they have managed to find packages on shelves supposedly in the post office.

The worst post office in the state!!! They never answer phone and when they do, they are rude!! makes me want to move just so I don't have to deal with them!!

I am complaining about mail and package delivery 😡 My packages have been delivered to wrong address and I have received someone else's mail. The names are even close to.mine. What is going on????

The staff at this post office is quite rude, the old lady that works behind the counter is regularly rude to people. I have used this post office for several years and this has been a constant problem, it has been such a problem that I would rather drive into Sierra Vista than go deal with the rude staff at this post office.

Always waited on timely and all are very polite and helpful. It is a pleasure to go to this office.

The Hereford Post Office is absolutely the worst facility I have ever used! They don't care about their customers, their mail, or anything else.These idiots can't even get a package delivered to the correct address. They have about the easiest job on the planet, and they can't even get it right: match up the address with the PO Box number, and stick the mail in the box! If the package is too large, walk your sorry ass out from behind the counter and place the package in one of the larger boxes in the lobby and leave a key in the customer's PO Box! How hard is that? Stop returning mail to the shipper because you're too lazy to connect the address with the customer's PO Box or address. You actually had to take and pass a test to get this job, so you at least do that...

Rude people and worst customer service. It would be nice if the workers there would be nice and treat their customers with respect instead of act like they are entitled.

I have never had a problem with the customer service at the post office in Hereford, AZ, and I am glad I don't have to drive all the way to Sierra Vista or Bisbee to take care of postal matters. I think if somebody is having difficulty with the service level of a particular facility, they should bring it to the attention of the local manager instead of complaining about it online. If you don't try to fix the problem, you become part of the problem.

The Hereford Post office in Hereford, Az has the worst customer service ever. They do not give you your mail when you ask for it, and they are late delivering mail. They need to either hire people that care, or close down this site and we can get our mail from the Sierra Vista post office.
