I arrived in Sedona on 7/1. On 7/2 I filled out a form left in it to let the post office know who was eligible to receive mail at my new address. The flag was up on the mailbox and the form was taken by the carrier. On 7/3 another blank form appeared in my mailbox. I filled this one out as well noting that I had already filled one out that had been picked up. On 7/5 the flag on the mailbox was up and this form was NOT picked up; In addition, 2 packages were returned to sender with this second form filled out and sitting in the mailbox with the flag up with the reason being stated that the person was unknown and the house was vacant. Obviously the carrier did not even look in the mailbox and IGNORED the first form that was filled out letting them know to deliver mail for me. I then went personally to the post office and the clerk at the counter, after conferring with someone in the back, told me that there had been no first form picked up on 7/2 which was an obvious LIE he was told to say. Unbelievable.

why were letters not taken from the customers mail box when the flag was up alerting the need to be picked up? Neither on Friday or Saturday as both days were ignored by the deliverer

Rude, rude, rude! Just because you work for the government doesn't mean you can't offer a little customer service! You guys suck. Who gets mail after dark? We shouldn't

The Oak Creek USPS counter (to buy stamps, etc) closes at 3 PM, not at 4:30 PM as stated on this page.
