I would like to line up a PO Box rental if possible. We will be relocating to Sedona and arrive May 28, 2023. Is there a waiting list? We (Celia Stewart-Scott) appreciate your help.

Had a package sent to General Delivery... it was medication because I am traveling... got a notice that it was out for delivery.... HOW DO YOU GET OUT FOR DELIVERY WHEN IT IS TO: GENERAL DELIVERY, for those who dont know general delivery stays at the post office until pickup, there is NO DELIVERY FOR GENERAL DELIVERY.. no answer to where it went...

I ordered a package from Thailand for my store. A part that was missing to a fountain. The company sent me tracking and I noticed the street number was incorrect. I called the Sedona post office and he said he would let the carrier know. When I got a notice it was out for delivery I called again. He said he told the carrier the correct number. Later that night I got a message saying it was sent back to sender now they won’t answer their phone. I am speaking to someone and was disconnected and now no one will pick up.

Maybe not the best Post Office in America, but the staff are helpful and friendly. There are lines sometimes, but often not in the mid-afternoon. Lines more pretty quick unless someone is doing a passport application.

We had difficulty with a package we expressed mailed to Sedona - the person it was mailed to was unable to pick it up. Both Lisa and Rafe provided excellent help/suggestions/solution. We so appreciated their help!

The hours posted are not correct. I checked online before going to the post office and arrived at 4:28, helped a elderly man by holding the door for him and proceeded to the lobby - but the door was slammed shut in my face! The woman PO employee yelling through the glass - we're closed! I replied, "but it's only 4:30!" and she said, "We close at 4:30." I said, "that's not what the website says," and she, in all of her compassion and rightousness said, "TOO BAD, you can go to Bashas'" Not helpful. Not kind. Not right.

It is 9.22 on a Monday morning and there is only one employee working with a line of 7 people waiting. Maybe on the 2 first days of the week you can have 2 employees helping customers instead of one. In rest.. they are always nice.
