A couple of times a month, I get mail for 2-3 people who live on my street. They aren't necessarily right next to me. I end up delivering them because if I don't, they tend to show up in my mailbox again. They clearly don't have my address on them. A major sloppy sorting process going on.

Still getting mail for someone who hasn't lived there for over 5 years and now that I moved they are forwarding his mail to my new address🤬🤬🤬🤬 This place has always given very poor service since it was built.

Very poorly designed parking lot/space for QC Post Office. Very, very poor architectural design. Once you have about 7- 10 vehicles, it is a log jam, yet the lot is suppose to conveniently service about 3 times as many vehicles.

Absolutely terrible delivery service, again and again. My package status has been “awaiting Delivery Scan” for over a business week. They don't answer the phone and provide no voicemail, after informing me to call back if it hasn’t arrived. It’s either still with the mail carrier, or mis-delivered with NO delivery documentation.

We frequently get mail from other businesses that have a different address. When we place it back in the box, they treat it as our problem to re-deliver it. Makes me wonder how much of our mail is going to wrong places.

Qc post office is terrible. I have a missing package from almost 2 weeks ago. Been almost a week since ive been contacted with an update. Carriers are constantly putting mail in the wrong boxes with no accountability.

When will someone in DC decide that the USPS is no longer considered reliable to deliver legal mail via Certified Mail? How many documents go undelivered, travelling in postal vehicles to and from the local branch, nary an attempt made by the carrier to deliver it? Knowing full well they are committing a felony in order to finish their routes in a timely fashion. It's inexcusable. We don't WANT you to deliver our documents, we are FORCED to receive them that way.

The carriers act like we are requesting certified letters that require signatures just to inconvenience them. Some carriers actually ignore their responsibilities and don’t do what they’re supposed to do when they deliver to neighborhoods with cluster boxes because it takes extra time to go to customers’ houses. That’s a terrible excuse. Why didn’t you even attempt to deliver this certified letter? Because it would take too long? Wrong! Do your job!

the staff, with one exception, is horrible, costumer unfriendly and rude. every dispute is resolved with ÿou can talk to the manager" (if you don't like my answer). with the exception of the gentleman at the counter, they can remove all the other staff members.

I just todayvl put a great review up on this post office only to discover that all the trouble I had finding my package was the fault of the post office. So I take back my 5 star review. Nothing but aggravation for 2 weeks because of your stupid mistakes.

Sent a package Priority Mail (Two-day) to Los Angeles, the clerk explained it would be 3 days do to COVID - I said no problem. As of today 8 days later, it is still "In Transit" to the next facility. Looks like it is going to be at least 9 days, probably more. I went to the local PO, and they said several times "I can understand your frustration" and circled the phone number on my receipt to call. She told me - "There's no guarantee - we only guarantee Priority Express. BUt, call the number and ask them to place a "move" on the shipment. I called, and the message said local branches are working as hard as they can and no one can give me any additional information. If I wanted to file a claim they could either text me or email me instructions to do so. 1) You can bicycle to LA in about 2 days or you can walk to LA in about 5 1/2 days. 2) If you can't deliver as promised, then tell people ahead of time, don't make them pay more, or give a refund, 3) If a claim needs to be made, process it for the customer there at the Post Office - why do I have to do your job for you? It was your error in the first place. 4) Online says not to file a claim on a 2 or 3 Day Priority Mail until after 15 days.

I know it's been a year since you posted this, and you probably will not find my response anytime soon. But I want you to know that I felt this in my soul. And, thank you for doing this math. I hope everything turned out ok. Good luck out there.

Last week on Friday, May 22nd - I sent off a package 2 day priority mail. I was given a receipt that package was going to be delivered Tuesday, May 26th due to Memorial Day Holiday . As of today, May 28th - package is still not delivered to the destination. Why did I pay for 2day priority mail if it wasn’t going to be delivered on that day !?!?!?!

Once again your delivery person left a very expensive package OUTSIDE the security gate marked NO DELIVERIES. this happened 5/21/20. We live in the country. the center gate is left open for deliveries and once in awhile someone gets it right. If I had not been home I have no doubt the Dillards package would have been stolen and it had several hundred dollars worth of merchandise in it.

Ordered a part that "departed" this post office at 6:32pm on 10/8/19. It was going to the Phoenix post office which is literally 40min away but didn't arrive until 11:53am on 10/9/19 and now my package is late. It literally doesn't show a departure time for Phoenix, just says on 10/10/19, "In Transit, Arriving Late". I have a mechanic waiting on this part to work on my car. HOW?! Sometimes unions are great...and sometimes unions protect lazy POS who don't do their jobs...like the people in this post office. Gawd almighty, how is this post office even still open???

We have two addresses on our lot due to zoning. I was supposed to get and another mailbox for one of the address. WE use both addresses due to two people living there that are not related. Please send my key to 32837 N. Felix rd. STV 85143. It's been my address for ten years.

At least (emphasis least) 4 times a month I get mail in my box addressed to one of my neighbors. My neighbors say the same thing. Occasionally one of my neighbors will bring me my mail that was put in their mailbox. However, I have to wonder how many times other neighbors have not brought my mail to me when it was misdelivered. This happens a lot. I have never seen such such consistently poor mail delivery service in my life. Good old USPS. Can't wait until they are out of business so we can start getting reliable mail service.

There is someone who delivers mail at Laredo Ranch and drives wrecklessly in our subdivision. I confronted one of his coworkers at Christmas time and I was told "he" was mad because she couldn't take over his deliveries. Well today, I had to pull over to let him by, he passed me across double yellow lines speeding. I drove through the neighborhood and found him. He was very confrontational and I called the Pinal County Sheriff. He drives a white dodge van. I want to complain but don't know who he works for. I saw his co-worker delivering mail but she would not tell me who they worked for. Not sure if it's a company hired by USPS or it's USPS directly. But I'm also tired of no service, bad service or a rude, disrespectful employee speeding in our neighborhood. Anyone knowing who they work for please reply. I have license number and picture of driver and vehicle. I'm tired of it.

Apparently the delivery person for Skyline I in San Tan was high drunk or both today as none of the packages were delivered to the correct address. As far as customer service they not only cannot spell it they can't say it. Push for privatized mail.

I have to agree with everyone, We are in Regency at Quail Creek. We have had a whole section of mail boxes left open, to expose several property boxes. This has happened a few times. I have had mail in my box not belonging to me. Its crazy..

absolutely the worst. NO customer service. I could tell horror stories. This is the current horror story. I ordered checks, according to the company they were delivered 5 days ago to a locker but there was NO key in my box. Nothing has been done. My checking account has been frozen and I have been told to report this to a credit monitoring co. because all my information is on those checks. I will have to open a new account. My mail goes to neighbors and theirs to me. I have been on hold now for 20 mins.

HORRIBLE! THE USPS and this location especially is horrible. NO WONDER THEY LOSE MONEY! Don't bother calling the 1-800 number, the wait time (no matter when you call) is over 1 hour. Calling the Queen Creek AZ location is a joke too! No one ever answers the phone so you always have to drive there and stand in line JUST to ask a question about a notice received through the mail or with a package tracking. AND the line is always out the door because they never have enough tellers and they cannot even get a package delivered to a po box with a re-delivery request - totally incompitant. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - Ship at a mail store or FEDEX... They know how to treat a customer... THE USPS DOESNT!

Worst Mail Service in Castlegate Community. They contuinesly place mail in the wrong boxes. Packages are misplaced and lost. I called last week to file a complaint about a loss package that was supposed to be delivered on 4/20. They called today saying that package was delivered today 5/3 and the mail carrier confirmed it was in my box. Funny thing is my neighbor thankfully delivered it on Sunday 4/22 for it was placed in his mailbox. So you tell me how it was delivered today. LIES!!!!

Terrible mail service at the Will Rogers community for the last three or four months! Constantly getting other peoples mail in my box, as are others, and we have to deliver them. I have had some monthly bills that have not been delivered at all, couple of examples is the QC water bill and Verizon, which my lead to delinquency fees. The final straw to force me to write this, was when I went to get mail today, not one item was mine in my mail box, they were all for another address. Last, we have not gotten grocery store sale papers for a long time. I have asked others in our community and they are not getting them either. I asked a couple of our local grocery stores and they tell me they have a contract with the postal office to deliver to local residents. Thank you

Live in a community where we still have individual mailboxes in front of our homes. Complained a few times before and now expecting Electronics through the mail and now just found another package thrown at our fence. Our gates are always open and if the driver wasn't so lazy they could just pull in the driveway turn around and drop the package off on the porch. Complained about it nothing happened. Something really has to be done about the Queen Creek Postal Service.

I have a lock mail box on the corner I am always getting other peoples mail and they are getting mine. When a package needs to be signed for my mail carrier is so lazy he never comes to my door to attempt delivery but leaves the pink attempt delivery notice instead, then I never get the package when i sign the slip and put it back in the box, I am handicapped and can't drive to the post office to get my packages and a Widow. There is no one who can get my mail for me at the post office, Also the Post Office here in Arizona has no window or services inside the post office for Handicapped people i don't understand that, They do in the post office in Dallas Texas.

I had a yellow card in my mailbox. I have a bigger than usual P O box. I grabbed the card and waited for 20 minutes in line to get my package. The package was smaller than a video cassette, and would have easily fit into my P O Box. I asked the clerk who handed the package to me why they didn't put this into my P O box and he shrugged his shoulders. It didn't need to be signed for or anything. It's upsetting to have to wait in line for a package that should have been placed into my box instead of putting a card in my box and make me stand in line of it. Unacceptable. Was someone too lazy to walk it to my box? I don't get it. Why should I pay for a bigger box? FoUR of these packages would have easily fit into my box.
