Cut the postmaster. Please give me a call about my mail that I had transfer from Phoenix Arizona to peawaukee back 8/122023. Haven’t heard anything. Haven’t received any mail in two months when I pacifically came in to the post office and had my mail change.

The manager David Phillips is a lazy homo. Jeff a supervisor is a boneless man child and Deon likes to hit on the single female and male carriers. Andy, Heck he doesn’t even know where he is. These are the people running the Sunnyslope post office in Phx az

Call the postmaster general in DC. I had an issue and nothing was done when I complained to the local post office. But as soon as I called Washington …a half an hour later they mysteriously found my package. And then had the nerve to complain that I called Washington.

Does anyone ever answer the phone? I'm trying to save myself a trip from going there only to find out my package isn't available. I've been calling for over an hour now. I thought packages were supposed to be "delivered" -there were 3+ larger receptacles available for my package to be left in.

So sad how you have a representative that came on very disrespectful and racist to my husband today at Sunny slope around 4:00pm on 07/22/2021. She is an African American thin lady with short hair. She was rude and disrespectful towards my husband that went to pick up a package. He doesn't speak English and kindly showed her his phone to show her his shipment said it was already received. She said "what am I looking at, I dont know what your showing me" very rudely. Thanks to the other lady with dred locks he left calmly. She took her time to explain and nicely greeted him. We are in Az and in the 21st century. There should, in NO WAY be any prejudice acts or any disrespect against ANYONE going to pick up their mail. She should be looked at because Customer Service is NOT for her and if she is not in the mood she should have stayed home. So sad how people are judged for not speaking good English. Hopefully corrective actions are taken upon her. I was unable to see her name, but he sure will be back and I will post it as well!!

This is America and we do speak English here. If you’re doing business at a government building it’s “English Only.” It’s not racism. It’s the law. It’s also called “assimilation.” If you’re in a country with a different language than your own, learn that language. Or do you expect all postal workers to learn yours.

I never receive my packages that show delivered! Where are you delivering them? Another one went missing on 5.20.19....I was highly anticipating this delivery so thanks again for ruining my trust in another service! You dont even have a way for me to process the claim for missing packages, I can only file on the damn junk mail. What can I do? Where is my packages and your integrity? When will I hear a response? Who is my mail regular carrier? (I see several) Why is there no easier process for alerting you to missing deliveries ? (Informed delivery won't allow this even in chat) and Why can't you answer your phone?

I'm so sorry if they are responsible to deliver your mail. The RUDEST employees, horrible lazy mail delivery. It's bizarre. Won't deliver to your door, like about delivery attempts. No wonder I never use it. They hold packages at post office and leave slips. Can't be bothered to do their job of delivery. Not at this location. Can I tell you how much he hates his job?

Why don't you EVER answer your darn phone???? My mail on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018 was delivered to the wrong neighbor and I got their mail. Today is my birthday and I was expecting some birthday cards. Who knows if I will ever see those? Also, there was a package for a neighbor on another street delivered in my neighbor's mailbox as well. I have found my mail on the ground and sometimes do not receive my bill statements. This mail mix up happens more often than you would think and I would like some quality control. Perhaps there is a sub on these days? Please check it out. Thank you.

I live in Moon Valley 85022. We have always had a friendly, conscientious, accurate mail person. Since she has retired our mail is delivered to the wrong address if delivered at all. Today I went to the mail box and a bill I was mailing out was half in and half out of the box. I can't trust that I am getting all of my (bills) or if the ones I pay by mail are getting to where they should go. I don't know if anyone else has complained but this is not satisfactory. Please remedy.
