The website "opening" time needs to be corrected. It should read 11:30 am - 4 PM. What is the difference between "lobby hours and retail hours?" From my experience, I can check my box for mail anytime during store hours. When does our daily mail get inserted in our boxes? I noticed the PO is roped off for several hours every day, does this mean their sorting the daily mail? These hours are NOT consistent, as I've had to leave and come back at a later time. When I asked the PO employees "what time does the mail truck come?" Someone yelled in response "whenever it gets here!" How RUDE!
