Hey, please do NOT put yellow card unless there is a package. Second time too early card in box. The rude lady workers just ask do you have a tracking number?! Your business put in a yellow card, you seem to think there is a package in my PO box. I can't control anything in YOUR business. How lame these workers are.

Why are the female workers so rude? When you ask them a question or need help they snap at you. Need to fix that customer service.

Bad. The workers punish people by withholding mail. This is a federal offense.

Will your post office extend back to your regular hours until 5 p.m. soon? I am an employee of the local school district and the post office is a lifeline but we have a reduced lunch hour this year and do not get off until 4 p.m. but if I get a yellow card, how will I pick up my packages? The retail section closes at 4 p.m. and has for more than four months. We are stuck with this pandemic for who know how much longer, but it seems that at least the post office hours should return to the regular official schedule so that working people can pick up their mail. It would be very nice if the retail were open for several hours for working people as well. The lines are often long and time consuming and so many people in the Chinle area depend on the post office. I appreciate your ability to get back to regular office hours as soon as humanely possible. Thank you. K. Shull
