Very poor service, 25 people in line when I got into post office only 3 of the 5 windows open. No more windows opened, when I was through after 1/2 hour. there were 15 people still in line. There were also 5 more people headed in to PO.
Today’s date 10/9/18 it’s been about 45 days since I put a change of address in at the Green Valley post office and have been getting my mail forwarded but on 10/4 a package that I paid over $15.00 for was delivered to my old address in Green Valley some how this big package seems to be missing now because I called the Green Valley post office in the morning on 10/5 and it was supposed to be pick back that day but I never heard back from the post office l was Thinking it was pickup so I waited till Tuesday the 10/9 because Monday was a holiday and called back and spoke to someone else and they had no information about me calling them on the 5th again someone went and to pick up the package but it was gone and at least this time someone called me back and told me it was missing the 1st time I was ignored and the second time is when I discovered it’s missing not sure what’s going on at the Green Valley post office but I am not happy about this missing package that I am most likely sure I will never see it or the money I spent on it.
I have another complaint about the Green Valley post office today's date 10/31/18 I I had to call them again and stop another delivery today that was being delivered to my old address and then on 10/19/18 again I had another issue and had to call and stop the delivery of that package before I lost that package to the only reason I am aware of because I have a tracking number to track some of my packages giving me that information about the same issue my mail is not being forwarded to my new address I am very upset about this and now I am really concerned about how much mail that's most likely being delivered to my old house because 99% of my mail does not have a tracking number to track it so I personally do not know if it's been delivered at my old house or been forwarded to my new home the only reason I know of these 3 packages is because I have a tracking numbers to track them and the 1st one delivered to my old address went missing and that package cost me over $15.00 to buy I purchased before I moved and was on back order and at that time I was not aware that I was dealing with such stupid US postal service employees now after having issues with 3 packages that I know of being delivered to my old address I just got to say at least 1 of there employees is very stupid and unprofessional and if these are the kinda people they hire to be there employees I am just wondering how many other unqualified employees are working there doing unprofessional unorthodox work for our Government these people get paid way more than the average person you would think they could find smart enough and qualified employees but I am guessing Green Valley is the exception to that rule the person doing the hiring must not be a very well educated to be hiring unqualified personal to work for the Government.
Lets see how long it takes for me to leave another bad review about the green valley post office.
I lost a $15.00 package on 10/9/2018 because it was delivered to the wrong address.
I had to call on 10/19/2018 to stop another package from being delivered to the wrong address.
And again today on 10/31/2018 I had to call again to stop another package from being delivered to the wrong address.
How stupid can the Green Valley Post Office be when every time I have called they tell me I have a active change address on file and they say they don't know why the carrier is delivering the mail to the old address I think that's more than just the postal service employees issue that's 100% a management issue to.

I live in Green Valley and have a communal mailbox and have a section were packages can be left in the key is normally left in my mailbox and yesterday I did get a key but it would not open the package section and I had someone else try it and they couldn't get it either, so I brought the key down to the post office and was told they would leave the package at my door today but there is no package at my door and there was no key in my mailbox today so I don't know what happened to the package. I tried calling degree Valley post office for almost a half an hour and just kept getting a message to contact the operator it would ring and that it would tell me it was busy I couldn't get my message through and I tried and tried and could not even leave a message please help.

I received a hand written note that mail is being held (since 10/24). Apparently not everyone knows that, since I have received mail in October and November and most of December. Only in the last 2-3 weeks has mail be parse. I do not know the Cancellation # for this order.
Please cancel the Hold Mail Notice and deliver what mail you are holding. If it is a lot, please send me an email, and I will be in on Saturday 12/31/2016, to collect same.
Because I had received mail on a fairly consistent basis, I thought the order had been cancelled, especially, when I spoke to the postman delivering the mail and told him to disregard the order, as I was moving back into the house, around the 1st week in November.
My bad for not coming in and doing in person, your location.

We received a cancellation confo# CAH177763308 of our notice for delivery cancellation. We had intended to visit our son and family in CA over the New Year, but had to cancel our trip. I cancelled our notice of cancellation and received the confo#. However, we have had no mail delivery for the last two days. Could you please straighten this out and please resume our delivery.
