The USPS customer support is horrible. I just maneuvered my way through the call in system for 5 minutes to be told I can't perform function on the phone.

I live on Rio Grande Ct, Flagstaff, Az, 86001 (In the Railroad Springs area) I know we all have experienced unusual snow weather. But, On Wed., Feb 15, I had three envelopes in my mail for three other neighbors! Never had that problem before! On Feb 21, I mailed a birthday card to Bullhead City, Az....as of today, March 6....they have not received it yet!! Of course, I stupidly sent cash in it!!! On March 28, my P.O. Mailbox was checked: No Mail!! On March 3, No Mail.....Can you fill me in to what is going on????

Continuously delivering my packages to the wrong address. Unfortunately the person who is receiving them is also not being honest and bringing them to us when this happens or is too far away to do so

Have not received delivery of mail since last Saturday, January 23, 2021. Neither have two other neighbors. Wondering what the problem is and when I can expect this to be resolved. My address is 10166 East Palomino Road 64004

In 2018 I put wrong address and my stimulus was sent to the wrong, unlisted address... I cant update because the wrong address doesn't exist. And I want to locate the missing mail..

The worst. I needed new key for my mailbox. After going to two different post offices I had to fill out forms for a new key. Three weeks later no key. I drive to the office and got the new key. Wrong key! Absolutely what I expect from these lazy worthless federal parasites. I’ll call tomorrow. Flagstaff deserves better! So glad that Trump will not pay them extra. I’m a Democrat!

They do not deliver your mail. I have lost so many letters that was sent by family members out of state. The mailmen don't even care about packages. Don't trust these people and they work for the federal government.

Seriously incompetent delivery workers handling your packages. Delivering parcels to locations not even close to your address. And lying saying that no one was home, when in fact someone was home ALL day long. No problems with any other delivery service, just USPS. They get paid to not do their job and lose packages, why? Because it's not their business, they don't even care if you bought an expensive item they will toss it over a fence and not say anything, just as long as they get paid. Do not trust them with delivery! You will end up waiting over a week extra looking for it yourself. There is no need for USPS in flagstaff, I'd rather have it delivered by brainless drones, they might actually make sure it gets to you on time.

Good luck getting small packages that fit in a locking mailbox delivered to 86004. You will have to request a re-delivery over and over again.
