Carrier: USPS, Tracking #: 9400111201237034713678 When I order items sometimes the shipment requires physical address for delivery to home. I have been tracking this package and watch the Postal representative drive up and down the street. But no delivery. Then I hear from the company my physical address is incorrect and can't be delivered. This has happened to many times. The regular Postal representative has always made deliveries when physical address used, friendly, etc. But these new representatives can care less. They also shared their supervisors tell them not to deliver at physical address packages. If I understand from Amazon as an example, they have contracted with USPS for deliveries, whether to PO Boxes or physical address. Well becuz of the information below under History, we checked the PO Box, nothing there, nothing delivered to physical address. I don't understand when you have a customer (me) and a delivery that would be too large if I used the mail box near my house they would maybe deliver or maybe not. Becuz the Postal service could not keep my mail secure with locked mail boxes, I purchased a PO Box. However, there are going to be times when I need physical delivery. Has the Postal Service, forgotten about customer service. I had ordered an item from AMAZON, delivery was to be Saturday. I crossed my fingers it wasn't with USPS, pretty sad hugh? But of course its lost in some kind of trip between postal representative, post office. Ping Pong. I have enough history of these types of packages being not delivered although contractually or just flat out reasonable. I'm not proud of the service received lately. Please bring back our regular Postal carrier or provide better customer service. (Fed to Fed) Thank you.
