We have had wonderful support during the past few months. . The staff helped us get our mail sent and held.during these challenging times There was one situation in which we were able to get the correct person involved and then it was resolved.
A BIG Thank you To the
“Apache. Junction Postal Office. Employees”. for taking care of us
I would like to thank the postal workers at the Apache Junction post office and throughout the United States for the outstanding work you do for the American public. I have always had positive interactions with the employees of the post offices I have visited and conversations over the telephone when asking for help. The postal workers have been friendly, courteous, and professional when interacting with me. Thank you!!!!
Several packages haven't been delivered. Very upset but *$#+# +@$* now. One was opened by someone and taped back. That's a federal offence and I want it looked into. Or I'm pressing charges for mail theft/ invasion of privacy, destruction of personal property, violation of rights by United Postal Service and everything else I can sue and compensate for. Someone needs to contact my email to resolve this issue.
I am puzzled, I am trying to figure out how it's possible for the phone to be busy at 7:10 at night...I have been calling the number every few minutes since before 3:00 this afternoon....could it be that it's on "do not disturb" or disabled in some other way so they aren't bothered by customers calling? Hmmmm....I wonder...
Key to parcel locker in our mailbox did not open the box. Left a note in our box - it is still in our box with the key that doesn't work. Our postal address is 8152 E. Sweet Acacia, Gold Canyon, 85118. Please advise by calling 931-484-7784!!!
I tried using the listed www.expresspassport.com site listed here - they took my money and have done NOTHING for over a week. I can't even finish their process because nobody will call me back. I've left a bunch of messages, and today their voice mail box is FULL. I'm thinking I got scammed! Don't use this business. Whoever manages this site should seriously look into them as a viable option. I'm really bugged, cause they charge $130 buck on top of the normal passport renewal fee for basically doing nothing.
