I have asked multiple times for my delivery person NOT to shove packages in my mailbox. This has happened over and over again.
I am frequently having to return items because they are damaged.
I have personally caught the driver cramming stuff in and confronted them myself.
They will not get out of the vehicle ever and frequently packages are not delivered as shown.
Most recently this week the latch on my mailbox was broken and I arrived home to find it connected with a rubber band! This is absolutely ridiculous and I am tired of expressing this complaint.
I have the "Informed Delivery" app and receive notification as to what mail I will be receiving that day. On 12/15/2020, I was notified I was to receive two pieces of mail. I know which mail it was. I received zero mail on 12/15/2020 and have not received the two pieces of mail in question as of today 1/5/2021. I have tried to contact the Post Office by telephone several times to no avail. I have let the telephone ring for five minutes with no answer. On other occasions, the phone relayed a "busy" signal. I mentioned this situation to the carrier who said she would look into it. As of today, 1/5/2021, I have received no response. WHERE IS MY MAIL !
Every single month I have a BOTM package that ships to me here in Bentonville. For some reason there's always a 2-3 day delay once it arrives at Fayetteville, delaying the expected delivery date every single month. Why are they sooo slow in Fayetteville? Every other mail center receives/ships out w/in the same day!
I have had a package stuck at the Fayetteville Distribution Center since Sept. 17th!! Have filed a missing package complaint, they said its been resolved, but still zero movement on my package after 4 days. The package is insured and was supposed to be delivered on the 21st. The incompetence is hard to believe. I feel like this is a impractical joke being played on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am on Fisher Road and constantly getting others mail while my mail is not being delivered or lost. Bills sent out are not received and I cannot get an answer on the phone or in person. Now mailing things at post office. Terrible service. Why are stamps so high and service so bad?
WORST. POST OFFICE. EVER. Delivers other people's mail to us constantly, and for some reason can't get our packages delivered on the day they are "Out For Delivery". Used to get our mail before noon every day, now we are lucky to get it by 5 p.m.
I have had to buy and install three mailboxes this year. The first (a very expensive wrought iron one) was destroyed by a hit and run. The second was rejected by the mail carrier, who told me to install one on a post at the curb. That one was vandalized and mail thrown down the hill. The third one, which I had put in last August, has now been robbed once and vandalized this week. It was expensive and new and is now wrecked. I am 86 years old and handicapped. I cannot get up the slope to the box as it is and I cannot keep an eye out for vandals. I have tried repeatedly to call you but the phone is never answered.
I am at my wits' end trying to solve this and pay for all the damage!!!
I have been out of town with my mail held. I have a package which was delivered, and a notice left. I've been informed by the sender that my package is being held at the post office. However, if a notice was left, to me that means it is not held with my held mail otherwise notice would not need to be left. I've tried over 2 days many times during "office" hours, and the phone just rings and rings. I will try to call the joyce St. office based on another review. How can there at least be no message on the phone or someone assigned to ANSWER THE PHONE.
The most highly incompetent group of government individuals I've witnessed in my life. On one occasion our carrier literally delivered one of our packages into our trash receptacle. It was hauled away before we realized what they had done and we've never been reimbursed.
Our last package shows as having been delivered yesterday - yet we never received it. Since this location WILL NOT answer the phone, I was forced to call the Joyce St. location to request information about my mail, and was told that it was delivered to another residence with the same last name - halfway across town. I am now forced to go to the post office in person to find the whereabouts of my package and pray it can be retrieved.
I'm considering getting a P.O. box. I cannot afford to lose any more items. This is costing a fortune.
Personally, I am really sorry that Amazon has decided to ship many of my purchases by USPS. They are often delivered late, especially if delivery day is Sunday. It is obvious to anyone watching the tracking that such items are in the posession of the Fayetteville, AR post office early in the morning and are flagged in tracking as "out for delivery", yet never quite make it here, even with daily mail being delivered.
Whatever Amazon is paying you to deliver packages, it is too much. I intend to find some way to notify Amazon that the Fayetteville, AR post office is unreliable and should be avoided. Check out this tracking number: 9361289680090409689630

Just moved four weeks ago to new address on Tanyard in Clabber Creek - zip code 72704. Four times in four weeks I have received my neighbor's mail. No telling who is getting my mail. Please tell your carrier for Tanyard Drive to get his/her head out of the derriere.
Been having trouble getting bills in the mail in a timely manner. Two months ago I never received my credit card bill and was unaware of it until the following month. This could have screwed my credit up. To this day it still hasn't arrived. So far this month I have yet to receive my cable bill or my car payment bill which is due May 16th. Spoke with cable company and they said bill was printed and sent out on the 28th of April. I do not know why my mail is not being delivered on time but it is causing me some serious issues. Can some one please explain what is happening. I can not continue to have this happening because late fees and affects to my credit standing are causing me a lot of grief. This has been going on for sometime now. Just a couple of months ago you sent a supervisor out with you carrier, yet, this is still happening. Am I going to have to get a lawyer to get this resolved?
