This place is a joke I called 5 times to see where my mail is at the mail people arnt delivering it to our address and they want to gripe about the vehicles by the mail box but when their isn’t any vehicles by them they don’t deliver our mail worthless post office ever they need to get new and better employees that arnt rude

I put a package in the mail on Monday with expected delivery on Sat. It came today (wed) Great service fast and efficient, The clerk caught the zip come I had was one number wrong and fixed it. So Please with the service I received. Thank you.

Our mail was just delivered by a very young vaping punk & I'm not very happy about it. 1965 Harold St 72703

The postwoman driving 3303250 Monday on Sara St needs to slow down. It is residential with kids ranging from toddler to teen!! Going 35 and more down the street, especially with cars parked curbside where kids can run out from is dangerous and illegal. No ones mail is that important! The posted speed is 10mph.

Says packages were delivered I never received. I get my neighbors mail all the time My house number is prominently displayed. So frustrating.

I have been living at my apartment complex for a year and a half now and I the Post office has not delivered our packages to the right place a single time. I genuinely wish I was exaggerating this. It happens so frequently that the people that get our packages have just started keeping them so they don't have to deliver them to the correct place for the post office.

we were at the post off on Dickson st there were no teller up front we waited 30 min and I said something and they said the superviser did not care well that is the crappiest service I have ever seen there were people in the back but would not come to the front the line was clear out the door.... I will start going to other post offices u need to check on this they were losing money there....
