It would be nice if my packages were delivered to the right address but obviously the carrier can not distinguish the correct numbers or names. And YES I have my Numbers in LARGE print on my mail box. And then they don't answer the phone at the office so you have no choice but to make the drive to the post office only to encounter the rudeness of the lady behind the counter. All of them need to be replaced!

Wilmer Post office and the manager are all part of Americas tragedy right now. Mediocre work ethics, entitlement, no humility and zero pride their work or their employees to work for them. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people- remember we pay your lazy butt to work, so do your job.

today this black post delivery show up on 9/8/18 ,the should have been brought to me but while sitting down resting i notice he was waving the package at me to come get it,as I walk up I ask why you didn't bring it he said whatever and cussed me saying motherf++ker to me [excuse the words, but that was his, he said his name {d} and took off. wish I could have caught him! I don't trust this type person with my mail, and wether my mail got delivered or thrown out down the road quess I find out when bills don't show and have to pay late fees which i won't be responsible for.Fire this guy before something happens.please deal with this problem.

The reviewer below must have the same mail carrier as me, because mine has done the same thing on multiple occasions. She will cram a package into the mailbox, crushing the package and making it look like she used a hammer to get it in. This is on the Jack Williams Rd. route.

It takes 10 seconds to pull into a driveway and blow a horn. Instead of doing that the mail carrier decided to shove a box inside my mailbox that was in so tight it took me 10 minutes of fighting it and likely tearing up my mailbox just to get it out. It was wedged so tight I had to use a knife to cut the box just to get it to move even a little. My front door was open so it was obvious somebody was home at the time. I'm furious.
