The people that work at the Semmes Post office are never friendly when you call there and I've never called where they actually helped me.

The post office in Semmes never answers phone... Today is Tuesday 8/9/16 we have not received mail since 8/5/16 ? Do you know when we can expect to receive mail?

This store is grade-A terrible.
Their phone number is always off the hook and the toll-free number will cause you spend 40 minutes arguing with a computer over whether or not you really want to talk to a human.
No wonder everyone is switching to UPS and FedEx.
