ATTENTION SUPERVISION............Please contact me, so as to inform me how I can make a complaint against a postal carrier for improper mail delivery handling. Today at my address, my postal carrier put a package that was too large to close my mailbox. So, the carrier just put the package in my mailbox and left it wide open. What if I had not been home, or was away for a extended length of time? That process would allowed my mail to be blown out of my mailbox, or with our rainy weather my mail could have gotten wet and damaged. This is the third time I have had to make a complaint about the process of my mail being properly delivered. Is it because the carrier knows I am 'AFRICAN AMERICAN'? Which allows my mail to be handled improperly. I have notice many times where the carrier delivers mail too large for the mailbox, it will be delivered to the home itself if the address is for a White person. This is not right, and I want to make a registered complaint against this carrier who seems to be careless with the mail of a 'AFRICAN AMERICAN'. Please respond to this email, as I am not going to let the go without my personal complaint.............I need to hear from someone in management....................Thanks.....

Melissa the individual who delivers my mail is so sweet. She has never failed to get out of the car to bring me my packages. I do like to meet her at the bottom of my driveway because I would like to help in her mail delivery time. She always tells me that she would be glad to climb the little driveway. However if I'm not doing anything I can take the little walk down. She always has smile and a greeting. I really appreciate the fantastic job she is doing. The postal service has a gem.
