This is terrible y'all have been pending my package since Oct.14th said it would be delivered on the 18th still haven't received my package I know y'all short handed buts that's no excuse because I still get my mail but the mail lady has no package so what's the problem.


Why can't get a call in at the post Office on skyland boulevard I am disabled cannot hella business no more over the phone

Mail carrier keeps putting my packages in someone else's mailbox this has been happening alot the past month to the point where I don't want to even order anything else threw the mail from fear of not getting my packages


I have had a post office box with the U.S. post Office since 1982 and have maintained the same box number since then. Originally it was at Alberta station and then combined moved to the Skyland branch in the last year or 2 years the service has steadily declined. This is a business box and I have had over 20 checks not get delivered from various sources. I have also had registered mail that I had never received a notice on or that I came to pick up and could not be found. The most recent 1 was from the Department of Justice involving investigation at a nursing facility I work with. I have also received packages that were 3 to 4-month-old apparently had been sitting at the post office all that time. When my box is full my mail is placed in a mail tub for me to pick up but recently when I have gone and ask for the mail I have been told that no one was available in the back to give it to me and they would not go from the front desk to get it for me though I may awaited in line for 25 minutes to get to the desk. At another point they told me to knock on the door out by the boxes and I did but no one ever came to help me. On 1 occasion someone came to the door but said they weren't allowed to do that or give me my mail. I have tried calling both the branch supervisor and the postmaster with no response. I have also asked to speak to the branch manager while in the post office and they called him any never came out to talk to me.


Not satisfied with the services here in Tuscaloosa on Skyland Blvd. you guys told me I’ll have my mail by 5pm and here it is 2 hours later and no mail, it’s very inconvenient and whoever is on the route needs to find another job. They suck


On 11/9/18, an Easterseals employee witnessed the mail truck assigned to this location enter the premises, drive around to the back of our garage (which is off limits to them) and leave the campus without stopping and delivering our mail for the day. We've been assigned a new postal clerk but he has been working this route long enough to know what he did was unacceptable. There are three (3) agencies housed in this facility; we rely on our postal service to be courteous and prompt every day. We have video cameras here to which I am not authorized to follow up on, however, on Monday I will investigate what actually happened and follow up on this email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.


There is not another post office that is run as bad as this one, I'm out of town a lot, and fill out the card to hold my mail, only to come home and find it up and down the road, I'm out of town now this min. on Oct. 10 2017 and just got a tracking that a package had been left at door and I'm not going to be home for 15 more days, so I know the package will be gone, bunch of jerks............


This is the worst post office, tryed call for over 3 hours just to get my P.O.Box# they keep hang up after numerous rings!!!! Still don't have my number but they have my money!!
