My mom has lived in the same house since 1985 and recently her mail is sporatic. She received Informed Delivery confirmation that a package I sent was put in her mailbox but when we checked, it was not there. This happens frequently and the post office just says "It was delivered". I don't know whose mailbox the carrier puts it in but they are doing a piss poor job. Why are they not delivering mail properly?

Hello. For the past three days e have not been getting out mail delivered to our address. In fact, for three days the email has not been delivered to several different homes with the correct address. Please have the person needing glasses to read them and look at the address before putting it in the mail box. 5945, 5945, 5965 all had incorrect mail on Mockingbird, 35126

The only person that gets your mail right is Joe. I was expecting a package today and it showed delivered but I didn’t get it and you call and get no one.

I've lived in Pinson for over 40 years, I've never had a problem with the mail service until recently. We are not getting our mail on time. I live on a dead-end street and she delivers our side first, so while she still in her neighborhood I'll check my box and if I don't have a package I've been waiting for I wait for her to come back down the street and stop her and ask about my package and it is in her truck. We are getting our utility bills on or after the past due dates. I'm getting messages from Amazon to go pick up my packages at the Pinson post office because they were unable to deliver it ,and it would have easily have fit in my mailbox. I feel like my mail and packages are just circling Pinson day after day and eventually they'll make a delivery.

I've never had issues with mail until I moved to Remlap. It all comes thru the Pinson office. I've even found mail and packages underneath our communal mailboxes....it's horrible.....and that's if the mail shows up!! And you all are right, it does no good to go in and complain at the Pinson office. I've been in there 3 times in less than two years and it's still the same issues. I would love to have a job at the post office. You would think they would take more pride in the job. I would!

Does anyone know the latest the mailman delivers mail? I track my daily mail for mail that's supposed to be delivered to me everyday because I've i had issues for 5 years of my mailman not delivering my mail or giving it to wrong person. Doesn't do any good to report at Pinson bc my whole apartment building has reported our mailman and people on our road but he seems to not get in trouble for his mistakes. I understand making a mistake sometimes but not all the time. But the mail I'm supposed to receive is very important and since I didnt receive it Saturday I just knew I would get it today. The post office closes at 430 and now 507 still no mail...... What's going on???😔 Do they still deliver even though the lobby closes at 430?

Pinson postman the chubby guy rides around fast with loud music and he always puts my mail in all the neighbors box but mine. I've caught him throwing a package on my porch bc he didn't want to walk a couple of feet . I haven't got my mail in two weeks. But my family has got there's on next road. I've move to pinson 10years ago I've never had issues with mail until I moved here

The pinson post office is full of useless deadbeat people that is amazing to me how they find there way to work. They don’t want to ever do there jobs they can’t even answer the phone when you call. They should just go home let gov mail them a check like they do all the other useless bums in the country must be democrats.

At 1:30PM, I was in the Clay, AL post office on 1/18/19. No one was behind the counter. I waited and waited. Then I heard papers moving in the back. I waited about 2 min. I knew she heard the bell on the door. But no one said anything or came to the counter. So I said hello, hello., hello. The movement in the back stopped. I expected to see the substitute post lady come around the corner. But no. Nothing. So I said hello and hello again. Still dead silence. I waited another 2 min. and knocked on the counter three times. Again nothing. My post box is in direct line with the desk in the back of the PO. So I left front desk and went around and opened my box. I could see the young person sitting in front of a computer. She must have been having a good old time not to have time to do her job. She turned around and saw me. I told her to go to the front counter. This is terrible service. She has no business working in a post office.

I had an issue with 2 packages not getting delivered on the expected day. I contacted the post office at Pinson, Alabama, and expressed that I really needed the packages to complete a project. Tera answered my phone call and was VERY helpful in getting the packages delivered to my home! Thank you, Pinson USPS!
