The worst ever, my delivery was left in the driveway on a rainy day. It’s literally 15’ to my covered porch and this isn’t even the first time.

Got a notice from my bank stating that mail had been returned, and that I needed to contact the post office regarding this issue They won't answer the local phone number or the 800 number. If they are not reading this why are we typing up the complaints what is the correction procedure? They sometimes leave my packages at otjher houses etc.

i need my package nowww i been wating for 3 days now i ordered it on the 9th like dang whats taking so long

Is there any way I can just come pick up my mail I cannot trust that it's getting delivered several packages missing and bills this is ridiculous.

Horrible service. I keep getting the run around about my package. I have ordered this package before from the same company and it was delivered just fine. This time my package was suppose to come on Saturday 2 Jan 2021 but all of a sudden the tracking number was updated to state that the package was returned to post office for address verification. I called Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and the postal office rep stated that it would be delivered the next day because my area had a new carrier. I emailed today and the rep stated that my package had been returned to the sender but I have reached out to the company and they don't have it nor do they see any updates stating that it was returned to them. I keep getting the run around from USPS. BAd BAD customer service.

Package delivered at the end of the drive way. It rained on package. The carrier didn’t bring package to door.

I have been trying to contact the post office since yesterday but the line is coming busy. I am trying to obtain what time my pacakge will deliver since we are leaving for trip today. But the line is coming busy and you can't contact the 1800 number there is no represetnive available there. This is crazy at least answer our phone calls so we know what time our package will deliver so we can plan accordingly.

If you notice it says not read by postal employees. What's the point?! I've been trying to call my Pike Road Al post office for 30 minutes and the line has been busy. Suppose it has anything to do with them closing in a few minutes for their 1 1/2 lunch break? And I barely get 30 minutes working my tail off as a nurse. In the last 6 weeks, my neighbor got a check I was expecting from 2 miles away and I got 2 weeks later, Ive received 5 pieces of a neighbor's IRS documents, another neighbor got my IRS documents. I tried to call the post office to complain but of course can't get anyone on the phone.

Package was in transit for delivery. Had been waiting for this package and it was not delivered. Explaination please.
