Postal Locations

Your facility in PHENIX CITY, ALABAMA needs remedial training, white washed, cleaned out and NEW personnel across the board. POOR customer service and continually re-routed (mis-delivered) mail. SAME ADDRESS but different street. My mail SATURDAY (11th) was totally DAMP. I tried to call 2day (3:25pm EST) and no one answered. The phone rang 30 times and went into a busy signal. I repeated the call 3 consecutive times with the SAME results. UNDER-WORKED and OVER-PAID. Previous claims of POOR operation(s) are addressed as "I AM SORRY and WILL CORRECT". They were correct - "I AM SORRY" explains it all.

I mailed a birthday card to a friend in Montgomery al put the card in the outdoor mailbox at winton blount post office and someone at the post office took the card. Very poor management to let the employees steal mail .I will never mail anything else at that post office.warning do not mail anything importaint at this post office

I live in Woodcrest off Hwy 80 west. I placed mail in my box on 5/19 @ 730 a. m. and raised the flag. Today May 20, noon, the mail is still in my box. The Postal person did not turn right onto East Lawnwood Drive. Whoever turned left and went on.

Mail is being delayed this is not right I been waiting for weeks for my mail

A package addressed to someone in Dothan Al left Winton Blount post office Dec 1. As of Dec 8 it has been to Jacksonville FL, Memphis TN, and Atlanta Ga. Was supposed to have been delivered to Dothan residence on Dec 4. As of December 8, it is still “in route to its destination “. I could have driven it down by now. Tried to call to see if someone would locate it and get it back but of course you can’t speak with a person.

the house at 819 Greg Dr, should be required to put a mailbox by the street. They dogs that ae let run loose and the mail lady is scared of them. I myself don't lie the BIG one. I have a video from today I would be glad to send to someone. The 2 people living there are unable to get around, just drug addicts.

Please refer to Tracking ID 9361289728009296899960. I received an email stating my package was not delivered because I requested that it be held at the post office; I did not submit such a request. An Amazon email stated the delivery was attempted. I was home waiting for the delivery. There was no notice posted to my door. I do not believe an attempt was made.

I called the usps Shake Spear 2500 E blvd Montgomery, al at 915 am 7/10/21 inquiring about the limit of a money order and a worker a black female answered then put me on hold to find out, she came back and told me up to $1000 then I asked her how much each money order, she stated she did not know that I needed to come in, so I say to her, you work at the post office and you don’t know how much a money order is, she responded with a nasty attitude saying just like I didn’t know how much you could get up to that’s why I went and asked, so I asked her What was her name she paused then she hung up on me, I called back she picked the phone up and hung up I called back five more times and the phone just rang no answer and I’m sure you can find out who that is!!!!!

My package was moving along just fine and when it got to Montgomery it just sat there for two days!

I am simply trying to find out if the post office is open today. You would think that would not be asking too much, right? Of course, they are set up so that they cannot be reached. All you get is endless menus with dead ends. USPS doing what it does best: PATHETIC AND NOT PROVIDING NEEDED SERVICE. :(

Trying to contact USPS is like trying to contact the "tooth fairy"! You end up going around and around and never get anywhere! They will answer "covid" questions (who gives a f--k"! BUT, trying to inquire about the location of a package is impossible! The questions on phone contact DO NOT COVER REQUIRED ISSUES- JUST GENERAL INFORMATION! AND, trying to reach a "human" is next to impossible! Ship UPS or FED-X. It costs more-BUT they actually deliver on time and have EXCELLENT customer assistance!

I have informed mail to where I can see what I am getting on purpose. I received an email Monday I was getting a very important piece of mail and still have not received it. I have received other mail that has also been informed mail in the past two days and received them. The mail that was supposed to be delivered Monday has not showed up. Again this mail that is missing is very important. Please email me back pertaining as to where my mail is.

I am pretty sure that the employees of the post office serving northern Montgomery, Al are playing soccer with our packages. It is common enough for us to get a package from them that has been damaged and I am sick of it. Furthermore, mailboxes are frequently left open and mail is allowed to get soaked by rain. Seriously, some of the worst mail service that I have ever experienced.

I found a USPS key number 6046 after my husband died I am trying to find out where it is he worked in Montgomery Area

I have a complaint concerning mail delivery. If I had not been standing outside when the carrier came by one day last week and inquired about a package we were waiting on, she would have taken it back to the station. I don't know how long the package had been on the truck. Had I not been standing there it is no telling when if ever we would have gotten it. I don't like to complain. Our neighbor has even gotten our mail.
