My W2 form arrived to my mail box opened. My social security number completely exposed. I went by the Opelika Post Office on a Saturday, and I was told there was no manager that day, and that I needed to call, or come back on Monday. I called but they never pick up the darn phone. I work so I couldn't come by. Separately, today, the postal worker broke my mail box flag. Again, I am trying to reach someone at the office to complain to no avail. It is very frustrating.

One of our postal workers parks at the mail box vestibule opens his doors to his vehicle and turns his radio up as loud as he can so that he can hear it while he delivers the mail to each box. Black male, red SUV. My house is a whole parking lot and 3 houses away and I can hear it inside my house. He should be wearing ear buds to listen to his radio.

I do not understand why you can't delivery Medicaid postage paid envelopes to their address on Gateway Drive, This is causing a huge problem for the Nursing Homes in Lee County, Tallapoosa, and Clay counties and all the other places they serve. Everyone is having to redo things that were mailed in those envelopes, costing more money than you will ever know.

Subject: Re: USPS(R) Schedule a Redelivery 70161970000105454934 It's 7:38 and I still have had NO mail delivery yet? I am expecting a very important letter which should have been delivered yesterday. I asked the Sender about the certified letter and they said the Carrier tried to deliver the letter but no one was home. Not True! I watched all day Monday for the mail. No one rang my bell or knocked on my door. This is not the first time I have had a problem with my mail. I have had out-going mail sit my mailbox for wo days before it was picked up. I would like the Post Master's name and number please. Beverly Wiggins
