Postal Locations

We get the daily posting of what is coming in our mail, including deliveries that are too large for the box and have to be delivered to our house. The last couple of months it has been few and far between that we have ever gotten what is said to be delivered. I don’t know if the Postal employee decides not to deliver to houses or what the issue is. This never happened before and we have lived here almost 4 years. It is VERY frustrating. Have neighbors looking for things at our door that could have been stolen, delivered to the wrong house OR NEVER DELIVERED! Do your job!!!

I’ve spent the last 30 minutes trying to call the post office about getting a lock change for my children’s apartment since the original mailbox key is lost. I should have read the other reviews first since I just wasted all this time because nobody answers the phone at this post office. I’m sure no one reads these reviews anyway.

No one will answer the phone! I escalated a complaint with the 800 number regarding this issue. I am being told I now have to wait 3-4 business days to get a call back from the local branch regarding a non-delivery.

Why does no one answer your telephone? I have called three times and no one is picking up.

We deposited 3 Checks in the US Postal box at the intersection of Ogletree Road and Moores Mill Road during the Month of April. None of the 3 reached their intended destination so we have had to stop Payment on all 3. I have tried to report this 4 different time but no one answers the phone after “stay on the line while your call is transferred to the Operator”.

How can I sign up for informed mail delivery?

Please answer the phone number that your 800 post office provided for me to locate a lost package.

Auburn postal service is absolutely the worst I have witnessed. Do you charge for a delivery that the driver could not find? I tried everything—hopefully I did not put my card number ?& it will be used wrong. My name & address was correct—I called tax preparer to check & he put correct address on package

I asked that my packages not be jammed in my small box and that if they don’t want to bring to my apartment leave them at the post office I will pick them up well the VERY next day they jammed some more packages in there! I’m pissed and if it happens again I’ll make sure to come voice my concerns in person!

Paid and sent a priority package from Auburn, AL to Memphis, TN back in January 2023. Package made it to the Memphis USPS distribution center, but has not reached its destination as of today. Went to Auburn, AL USPS for assistance and/or guidance with package discovery and retrieval whereas a (female) supervisor was summoned. Supervisor was so unprofessional, absent, arrogant and unethical; just to name a few with her work representation and response. Followed by her immediately and simply stating there was nothing she could do. So I immediately contacted the postal Investigating Services (USPIS) and the Auburn Police in the attempt to receive action for possible mail theft. I have received a response from USPIS, yet waiting for the final result(s) thereof - TBD/TBA. In the meantime, my priority package which was paid for and sent is still out there!

Our mail delivery in Auburn is the worst, we never get our mail until after 7pm daily, the route is to big for the carriers to handle. Needs immediate help!

We have a business on Shelton Mill Rd, Auburn AL and for some reason no one is picking up our mail. I have had a check in the mail box for 3 days. Please make sure someone is picking up and delivering mail Thanks Margaret

My packages are getting delivered to the wrong address. We are 552 Sundilla Ct. and they are sometimes delivered to 522 Sundilla. This happened today 2/20/22. My letter carrier has no problem. It’s just the packages. I don’t know if you can do anything. Maybe having them be aware of similar address. The address on the packages have been correct each time.

I don't know what is happening but my mail has been in the mailbox with the flag up for 3 days and has still not been picked up??

I am really tired of USPS claiming that they delivered a package to me personally when they never delivered it! Also tired of them saying they delivered it to a person when they actually just dumped it at my front door without even knocking! This stinks

I live in Woodland PRK Auburn and the mail carrier have skip my Box for 3 days. Letter was in. The Box They did not pick up or delivered. Mail. The Letter in the was one. They put in the. Wrong Box ask they do offend. We ALL Get other people mail.

THIS POST OFFICE IS STILL THE WORST EVER. THE PHONE RINGS OFF THE HOOK, YOU CAN NEVER GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU DO THEY ARE THE MOST UNHELPFUL OF ANY PLACE EVER. I HATE THAT MY TAX DOLLARS ARE BEING SPENT ON SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I was dissatisfied because I paid for my package to arrive on Tuesday and it arrived until Friday!! In Auburn AL.

Terrible service. I ordered an item that transferred from UPS to USPS Mail Innovations service. After arguing with me that UPS transfers packages and mail to USPS as a subcontractor, and finally winning that argument, the person on the phone says they don't see it having arrived in Auburn. The UPS tracking site clearly shows tracking from the purchase location to Morrow, GA, and then to Auburn, AL. Auburn says they never got it. Still shows on their end as in Morrow. Total BS. So much for sending a pick-me-up gift to my kid in college during the last part of the semester. No wonder the USPS is having so much trouble.

I stopped by after 2 lost/ missing packages and NUMEROUS occurrences of outgoing mail not being picked up. I was assured that they would be found my number was taken and told id be given a call back that day or the following. no call was given. I called everyday for 2 weeks and had to leave a message with my number each time call was never returned. one month after my visit to the post office i called again and was finally put through to the gentleman i had spoken with in person a month prior. he stated it now had been to long to find the packages and i would have to report them as stolen, he never once apologized for no call back and was extremely rude.

The Auburn Post Office has to be one of the worst in the country. We have complained numerous times about delivery not occurring and huge swings in service times when it does show. Despite complaints in writing and in person, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Now it's 9:00 pm with no service again today on Watercrest Drive in Asheton Park. I am so thrilled to know my tax dollars fund this shining example of government waste.

I’m so sick of this post office. I have important mail coming and it is not being delivered but on the app it shows me what is coming. Also they lie about delivering packages they will say they delivered it but when I walk outside when the message comes thru showing they delivered it it’s no where to be found

I have not received mail since May 30,2020. Neither have mail been picked up that were in the box. Where do I go to P/U mail that should have been delivered. This is not good service. I will carry the mail that should have been picked up to the post office, however this is not solving the problem for the mail I should have received. My address is :8 LEE RD 428, AUBURN, AL 36832

We live in Auburn AL and our mail service is terrible. I realize this is not a very good statement to make, but, it is the truth. We did not receive any mail yesterday June 1, 2020. We had mail in our box to be picked up. It is still there today. Address 2114 Watercrest Drive Auburn AL 36830 Sometime mail is here at our house 7 or 8 PM. We have complained. Does no good. I never give reviews but I do reply on them to base my opinion and to see if others have had issues. But this isn't an Amazon order or a package problem this is dealing with my CHILD at the University who is from out of town not having a proper address!!!! The rental company can't figure it out so I try to handle it myself by calling this JOKE of a post office!!! So clearly after reading the reviews I'm not the only one who cannot get these people to ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!!! Packages and mail have been mailed to him at the address the rental company has given him and not ONE THING has he received!!! But yet my tax dollars still get paid for the STATE EMPLOYEE to still get their paychecks! If their not going to answer the phone then why even provide one!! I'm not overlooking the fact that things can get busy and I'm not the only one trying to call apparently but if y'all are that UNDER STAFFED may I suggest hiring some damn help! Absolutely ridiculous!

I been calling Auburn post office all morning. No, answer yet. I dropped a package off on Monday and it's Thursday. They haven't scanned my package in the system yet😤😤😤😖

0 out of 10! Why does the Auburn, AL post office have a local phone number and refuse to answer. It's a waist of taxpayer money. No wonder the post office loses money every year

Our entire neighborhood is on day 2 of no regular mail service!!! Neighbors have gone to the this office to try and figure out what's going on and were not given any explanation except "it's the holidays, we're busy." We've had really good service for the past 10 years, it's busy every holiday season. Not sure what changed, but this is ridiculous!

I ordered a package from Zulilly and Zulilly informs me that the package arrived at our post office on july 27 and it shows that they excepted it at 10:45 am, it is August 8 and I still have not received my package I called the post office twice and they tell me they have not ever received the package in their office yet! So poor Zulilly sent ithe merchandise out so they are not responsible to pay me back the post office claims they're not responsible cause they never received it so I guess I'm just out $35 for nothing!

I purchased Priority Mail 2-Day service for $7.20 on Saturday after 2:00 pm. Today is Wednesday and the envelope is still in route after 4 days. Something is wrong! Why USPS are selling promised service that it can't deliver.

How stupid can they be leaving the mailbox unlocked over 30 people do not have a secure mail delivery option......
