I was new to the area and between 8/23 and 11/23 I mailed 3 obviously greeting cards from INSIDE the Meridianville P.O. None of the cards reached their destination. During that period, I also used Hazel Green P.O. with no problem. I have not used the Meridianville office since. You may have a problem inside as well. 2 cards had checks, 1 cash.

Since moving to Meridianville, in October of '23, my mail service is horrible. Packages misdelivered, first class mail held in station, scans showing delivered before or after the carrier serviced the NDCBU, and delivered a day or two later, usually to a neighbor. As a retired letter carrier, I felt the pain my customers felt when another carrier had to carry my route. I'm feeling the pain now. This station has only 7 routes. There attitude towards delivering every piece every day is the true definition of apathy.....who cares. I've been waiting a week for prescription meds, had to get emergency refills on the economy. ABYSMAL PERFORMANCE!!!

Since there has been a new mail carrier in my neighborhood, she has failed to deliver packages to my house on two occasions. Most of the time, she delivers, but there are two occasions she has failed it. This past Monday, the website tracking stated item deliverd on front porch at 3:34pm! I am livid

My address is 107 Piper Lane Meridianville. The mail carrier keeps leaving my mailbox open. I have installed a new mail box and put a note inside asking to ensure the box is closed. My mail keeps getting wet. I have tried calling but keep getting a FAX machine instead of an answer. Please contact me on this matter. Thank you.
