Since we are on the border of eastern and central time zones, would it be possible to clarify which time zone the post office runs? Many of the businesses run off of eastern time zone so it may be confusing if the time zone isn't clear.

Seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this customer service lady. She is rude and very sarcastic .

The African American female clerk has a very nasty attitude. She speaks to people in such a way you hate to go in there. I slid my debit card I wanted to do credit she never asked credit or debit first of all so she says "um do you want to put a number in or something" in a very nasty tone.another time I was in there she asked a customer can or credit, the customer said cash and gave her a money order, she says this is not cash, do you know the difference between cash and a money order! I was like wow She has no customer service skills.

I went into the post office this afternoon and was immediately given disturbing looks of annoyance and inconvenience. The young lady whom was a medium complexion black woman with medium-short length black hair was very disrespectful. She acted as if she did not want to work today or assist my father and I with information about express shipping. She had a very rude and sarcastic smirk on her face as if the questions we asked for dumb. Before I left, she asked me "do you not know that there are 3 postal services." I wanted to reply with the same insulting of intelligence tone that she had, but I knew that would only make two fools in the room rather than one- her. I really hope management reads this and confronts her about this issue. Such a disappointment!
