Says package delivered. No package in mailbox. I went immediately when mail carrier stopped. Tracking says delivered. Been trying to call from two different lines. Supposed to be open till 5:00. Package says delivered at 3:18. Where is it?

What is going on with the Florence post office? Mailed a card that was never received. Mailed a check that was never received. Mailed a check that was received 6 months later. Mailed a check that was received 4 weeks later. Asked for mail to be held until a certain date. Have not received mail, and it contained medicine. Called the post office 4 times and no one will answer the phone. Where is my mail? I don't trust the post office anymore.

Post person left packages out after being ask twice not to do this. My dogs ate them up. The package could have been put in my mail box. The manufacture even placed a note not to leave out. I am going to go out of my way not to use Florence post service, they seem incompetent.

I had an Amazon package not delivered for a few days after it was supposed to. When the mail service came by this weekend, I asked her if she could help me tracking it at the Florence, Alabama carrier facility. Although she does not usually service my area of the city, she took my information and within minutes, and I mean minutes, she was pulling back into my driveway with my package in hand. I mistakenly did not catch her name, but she did a wonderful job in executing my request. I greatly appreciate her hard work to fulfilling my need. Whoever you may be, thank you.

This post office delivers my packages to the wrong address almost every single time. It will say delivered, and then I’ll have to call the 1-800 number and file a claim, and then thankfully the other person returns to sender, because the mail carrier doesn’t pay close enough attention to deliver it to the right house. But we get all of our junk mail just fine!

I live in Cedar Park and I am very pleased with my mail person. The only problem I sometimes incur is receiving mail that does not have my name or address on it. I think the USPS in Florence does a great job.

I go 3 and 4 days without getting mail I live on a rural road that has 13 people on it and no one on my road will have a mail delivery for days. And when they do deliver our normal lazy carrier will deliver at 9 at night or not at all I have had a package out for delivery for 3 days and still haven’t seen it. They need to do a serious evaluation on the employees at this location and clean house.

This is by far the most laziest unprofessional post office I’ve ever had to do business through. none of my packages get delivered on time, sometimes the stupid workers won’t even go on a route if the weather isn’t up to their satisfaction. I’ll have packages I ordered months ago never show up but when I file a detailed complaint with names it’s funny how all the packagers I complain about get dumped on my doorstep the next day. fire these dumb hillbilly’s and get more professional drivers.

I walked into the Florence lobby around 2:00 pm on December 2nd and placed mail in the slot to be mailed. I have vendors calling they have never received their payments. I pulled a report and all of the ones that haven't received payments are from this selection of mail. Have you had any problems with mail on this day?

I have a complaint about postal delivery woman that delivers mail to Ivy Green apartments in Florence AL. I dont get any mail for weeks, ordered a item and it was 3 weeks late, then she closed my box with letter saying vacant. I had to go to Florence alabama post office to reopen my box that I was using daily. Have no idea what she is doing with people's mail, maybe putting in wrong box maybe not delivering. Several residents have complained that I know of. Josh

I can't for the life of me figure out why the postal worker for my neighborhood doesn't know what the RED flag on my mailbox means. It means I have out going mail that should be PICKED UP. I have had this happen numerous times. It has cost me late fees and late birthday cards. If they don't want to properly do their job they don't need it! It's not that hard, red flag, pick up!

I am LIVID ...Literally I never get my mail so therefore my mailbox is ALWAYS empty and I just got note from my landlord that i need to be checking my mail because my mailbox is full and thats why im not getting my mail! This is crazy!!! I have kids and a baby and CANT come to the post office every single day because yall cant do your job...ill be sure to confront the mail carrier delivering my mail and ill be sure to record it as well WHERE IS MY MAIL?!?!

tracking # says my package was delivered 3 days ago, says it was left in my mailbox. it wasn't there. checked with the neighbors, nope, not there, waited a couple days, nothing. tried calling USPS, it says the next rep will answer, then rings you to the operator "which never answers" did that 4 times, called 1800askusps, got the run around from a dang recording, finally made a case #. i'm to the point that i believe my package is gone, where ? who knows but it sure isn't where it belongs, thanks USPS, fine job there. on another note, last week i received 3 packages that were not for my address, in fact, yall missed it by 1.7 miles, by the looks of things thats doing pretty good by the standards i'm seeing.

I called the 800 number. Absolutely no help whatsoever.

When it is all said and done, the US Postal Service is still a great blessing to the citizens of the USA. I have lived in countries where the mail delivery is totally unreliable, and if mail does come, it has been pilfered of all valuables. So I say count your blessings and give thanks for the USPS. The cost for service is not terribly high considering that your letters etc. are carried long distances and delivered to the proper destination almost all the time.

U need to have a talk with yall mail people because im tired of having my mail put in someone else mail box. Like really u cant read a simple address. I have this happen all the time im very very sick of it.

An antique cookbook that I ordered from Etsy was left on my front porch which is never used and was subjected to torrential rains. I can not describe my anger at this waste. The cookbook was a Xmas gift for my daughter, and now it is destroyed! What will be done about this?

I understand Monday was a holiday; however, I was patiently waiting on an important piece of mail on Tuesday, 10-13-2020. Our mail was never delivered at all that day. I spoke to there neighbors who said their mail wasn’t delivered either. I put my water bill in my mail box on Monday evening and raised my flag. It’s Wednesday morning, my water bill is still in my box as the flag is still raised. We don’t get the courier very often at all. There’s 3 mail boxes at my stop. If one gets the courier the other two doesn’t. Enough is enough seriously. Either do your job or let someone else.

I would really appreciate when the package is too large if you would not cramb it in the box tearing my box up breaking the flag and warping the mailbox door .All you had to do was drive down the drive way and set it out by the back door . Actually all you had to do was pull over I. The drive way I was out cutting grass ! I wondered what was taking you so long at my mail box ? Next time someone owes me a new mail box IF YOU WOULD’NT WANT IT DONE TO YOU DONT DO IT TO SOMEONE ELSE 😑

I AM WORKING FROM HOME AND I KEEP GETTING THESE "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" THEY WILL NOT EVEN GET OUT OF THE TRUCK AND KNOCK ON THE DOOR. WE HAVE CAMERAS AND SO DO THE NEIGHBORS. Why do you keep sending my package to Birmingham? Twice it has arrived at Florence post office to be delivered to me at my home, and some incompetent postal worker keeps sending in transit back to Birmingham. STOP IT! I MEAN IT! I am trying to find my package! I received a email on Friday February 16th it was delivered to my mailbox & not a single piece of mail was in the box. I check with my neighbors & on my porch..no package so where did the carrier leave it ???

I am about to scream my head off!!! I have completed 100 change of addresses and 50 vacant sheets and it seems to me that i get everyone's mail except for my own! I am also assuming this number must not work either...

I am not pleased with the mail carrier that delivers the mail in my neighborhood. I have called this number several times and no one has answered. I am new to the neighborhood and the mail carrier has been leaving smart remarks on my mail. I ignored the first one but this is the second time that this has happened and i think it is very unprofessional. If this continues to happen and no one answers the phone then i will go up to the post office to make a complaint.
