36532 - Yesterday, 6/9/21, one of your employees went above and beyond. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but I still want to recognize her outstanding efforts to satisfy a customer. I called the 36532 office looking for a late package. The person that answered immediately went and found it and confirmed that it was due to be delivered that day. She said she would personally give it to our carrier. Unfortunately she missed that carrier by just a few minutes. Knowing I was worried about the package she drove and hand delivered it to me 30 minutes after my initial call. What a pleasant surprise! What a great person and employee. If there is anyway you can identify this person and pass on my appreciation I would be grateful.

This post office is the most ill run office have ever had to do business with. Not that they only cannot get the mail or Amazon packages to my kids but they are rude, nasty, and will flat tell you that zip codes do not matter BUT they say if you don't get your mail it is not their problem. Really???? Wake up here it IS your problem! I'm dashing off a report to the BBB.When the packages never show all the time it makes you wonder about theft. I hope some one can handle this huge issue.

This post office is a joke. I have tried calling 7 times and one will answer. Someone delivered a package on Sunday to my address and it isn’t mine. I live on Co Rd 13, package is for someone on Fennec St. Can’t get anyone to help.

I have had FOUR state checks go missing in the last two months ! I called the state and I received an affidavit for one of the missing checks sent out three days after my check but still NO check! I will be having the post office investigated !

Chose not to deliver something to me that could easily fit in the mailbox because i wasn't there to "sign for it".

All my mail, including magazines that I pay for and Priority Mail boxes that I ordered were left on my doorstep in the pouring down rain (thunder and lightening included) instead of in my $40.00 reinforced HUGE mailbox that is easily accessible on a state highway. Now I have unreadable magazines that are worthless and I am out the money I paid and I have to order new boxes. I was at home with the front door wide open and no one rang the door bell nor knocked on the door!!! Please tell your weekend carrier to please respect my property and deliver my mail in the mailbox and allow me to get it when I am ready.
