Two months ago Daphne PO was paid to provide a key to our mailbox where we just moved to. They have failed to provide a key and keep saying they'll call when they have it "tomorrow" meanwhile they put mail in the open box!

placed a forwarding order, put in a change of address...item arrives at old address and instead of forwarding it to me it was sent to a recovery center and is now classified as dead mail! I cannot get a refund or retrieve the package. The USPS customer service is circular and digital/computerized. Not helpful at all!! I only gave 1 start because 0 was not an option!!

There’s no way that someone can be this bad at their job. I live in a townhome, but it is not hard to find at all. I get a notification that my package is delivered in or at my mailbox. Not possible. We have the tiniest mailboxes. My home is about 100 feet away from the mailboxes, so why was it not dropped off at my house? I don’t even think they delivered it to the right place at all. Won’t answer any phone calls. Just ridiculous.

If you live in Daphne and on Whispering pines road good luck. The mail person is a mess and super shady.

We have been having a problem with every delivery that comes to our house. We will get a notification saying our package has been delivered and it never is. It either gets delivered to another address or USPS seems to have “lost” the package. I swear to god our garbage mail person is taking ALL my packages. Whoever is delivering our packages has not giving a damn about anything and not doing their job.

It seems to me if the mail man looses or forgetes your package they simply make up a boldface lie and try to place the blame on you. They say they couldn't get to your mailbox or whatever they can lie about and pass the blam to you. Be honest and take responsibility and I will be reasonable but lie and I will not be nice. I will be calling and finding out why they lie when they cant do their jod!

I called this post office today about a passport renewal. Was told they are open until 4:30 pm but for passports the last person has to be there no later than 3 pm. Drove from Semmes, in Western Mobile County, to Daphne and arrived at 2:30 pm and the Post Office was closed??? Was told they were "shorthanded and had to close". Called back to talk with the person I talked with today two hours ago and he said - yeah someone went home sick today so they had to close early - personnel issues. I told him I had just called at 12:30 pm and should have been told that before we drove the distance to get there to be told to "come in tomorrow". If I had not just called within 2 hours to confirm they were there and this could be done I would not be so upset. If you are young and having to pay for the gas for your car, this adds up. This is beyond rude and inconsiderate. I was not even told "I'm sorry" from the person I talked to 2 hours prior. All I was told was "we had personnel issues today and that they will reopen tomorrow at 10." I will be writing our Congressman and reporting this - this is dishonest and uncaring.

Scheduled a pickup online to ship out over a hundred dollars worth of eBay products. Put them on the porch and went to work. Came back at 7:00 and they were still sitting there. They could have been stolen. Making it worse, I got an email saying "request to pick up package successful," so the carrier lied. Completely unacceptable.

I had to call three times since April 2014 over mail being returned to my vendors without my knowledge. They don't seem to care.
