Tracking # em069642168us Complaint - January 22 went to post office to have a package delivered to the 4020 Smokey Lane Cherokee Alabama -Guaranteed it by Thursday the 24th 3 PM ...”No signatured required”... I get an updated text stating it’s left the Huntsville distribution center and the 24th Wednesday at 8:47 AM ..today Friday receive a text stating it’s to be picked up at the Cherokee post office , not her home.. I got that text at 10 AM..So my disabled mother figures out how to make her way down to the post office to get this package she gets there and lo and behold the postal route worker took it with her is that her house trying to deliver it to her and requires a signature.!!....So then she hustles back home so she can get this what kind of clown show are you running their complete joke a show.!..I want an explainatiin that makes sense ..not excuses ..I have called the local post office there and they have never answered their phone. my number is 850-480-3105
