ordered a 6-racket tennis bag (so it's a huge package) from Germany that was somehow able to make it overseas, through the east coast, through Chicago, and yet, after all that, the Muskego post office managed to lose it. As it was OUT FOR DELIVERY.
How does this package, the size of a large duffel bag, slip through the system???
So they're either actual delinquents or they're stealing packages. Either way, their clown-car comedy routine continues.
Now I'm trying to file an INTERNATIONAL inquiry and they can't accept my INTERNATIONAL tracking number. So I can't file an inquiry. There goes $100.
This post office is a disgrace to human beings, apes, dolphins, and any other [high]-functioning member of the Animal Kingdom.
I am looking for information on AAA

We have horrible mail service on Bay Lane Dr. There are days we have received our mail as late as 7:00 pm. Also, people have sent me wedding invitations and thank you cards etc that have never been delivered. It seems like someone internally is intercepting certain mail like what happened at the Waukesha post office a couple years ago. That Waukesha mail employee was stealing checks. Also, one day in one delivery I received about 5 other neighbor’s mail in my box. What is going on at the Muskego post office?
I just called after not receiving any mail for about 1 week and was informed the previous owners of our home put a hold on our mail. We purchased our home over 2 years ago from them. I am disturbed this was possible and more so when I asked the postal worker on the phone what was to stop them from forwarding our mail to any address they pleased he had no answer for me and gave no satisfactory answer. We have had a lot of problems with mail being delivered to the wrong address or receiving neighbors packages or mail as well. Extremely alarmed by this mishandling of our mail and the potential for identity theft. If it was done online as the man speculated this must change before someone's identity is stolen.
Not happy at all. Whoever delivers on Valley Dr has "accidentally" delivered my Amazon packages to someone else who mysteriously refuses to give them back. She also literally drops boxes on my porch and walks away.
I made several attempts to "hold mail delivery"! What a joke. They tell you to do it through the Internet but then don't allow it! Try doing it at the Muskego Wi. post office, it's impossible. Again, "what a joke"!! Shall I say , a tipical government run organization. "what a Joke"!!
