Not very friendly staff in the building or answering the phones. It was the first time that I was sending a package and the questions that were asked were answered in about as rude of a way as you can. Your job is to assist customers not make them feel like they are stupid. Great job making someone never want to use your service again.

For some reason USPS does not use the given, larger mailboxes at my apartment complex for packages and instead holds them for pick-up. Huge hassle and frankly seems a little lazy on USPS's part.

Whoever delivers mail to S Coachlight Drive condominiums is probably the worst postal worker I've ever experienced. She constantly leaves mail on the stairs and does not sort them into their boxes. Please rectify this issue as it is personal information laying out for anyone to take.

I have not only had packages never make it here, but they send me an email with a picture showing what to expect in my mailbox, and it NEVER gets here! This is the worst mail service I have ever had in my 50+ years!

Ordered stamps by mail, as I usually do, on11/06/18, wanted 2 sheets of commemorative stamps, got 2 sheets of the flag stamps. I know this isn't a big deal but I'm sure you weren't out of all the commemorative ones. Clerk just didn't pay attention.

Twice lately we have not received our mail, nor has it been picked up. Address 5150 S. Towne Drive, New Berlin, 53151. Last date was yesterday, December 5, 2017.
