It’s messed up that they never answer the phone and they continuously lose my important packages!!!!! You will pay for it

This is sad. All these missing mails from this branch. I'm gonna have to visit this branch this Monday, because the tracking number for my order says it's delivered. Where did the mailman put it? All I got was a single card from a university. Asked my neighbors, and they didn't have it.

The worst service ever. I have been told by staff at this PO that mail is not at the facility. They tell me that the Postal tracking time stamps are arbitrary, and don't mean what they indicate. In example: Latest Update Your item is being held at the TACOMA, WA 98444 post office at 10:39 am on October 25, 2022. This is at the request of the customer. I have several times received mail in my box (1/2 a block from my house) that may fit in from the deliverer's side but cannot be extracted from MY SIDE without breaking the box. The current box left in my box cannot be bent or broken because it is a book and I cannot get it out of the front of the box. The rest of my mail came out easily. Hopefully the delivery person will notice that it is still there and put it in the big box and put the key in my box as a delivery of this type was designed to be handled.

This station is not delivery my mail. someone stole the old mail box, did not start delivering mail to my address. They hate my because I am an ultra MAGA idiot.

I have had enough of this nonsense. Today I had live animals being sent(shrimp) and have been home all day waiting for them. Refreshed tracking at 4:45 and at 4:11 "delivery was attempted but no access to delivery location" to my home address that I receive garbage mail from them on the daily. Every time I have something important coming through USPS, vendor chosen cause I would never, they somehow screw it up. They purposely don't publish contact info and even when you do track down an actual number nobody answers. If they could do what we pay them to I'd gladly support USPS but with their horrible service and screw the customer attitude its just a waste of taxpayers dollars.

I am writing about a concern I have about late deliveries. The mail to our court colective box seems to be delivered between 7:00PM and 8:30PM. Currently there have been many breakins to these collective boxes ( as you may be aware break ins to mail boxes for outside post offices). Now that darkness now comes shortly after 4:00PM it makes it easier for these thieves to do their dirty work. Our box was robbed and was out of service for several weeks. I would like to also know why I get an Email of what will be delivered to my box but some time does not get here for one to two days later if at all.

6:35 pm and still no mail delivery. This post office sucks.

New mail carrier does not deliver packages to our door. Only leaves notices that no one answered door, but he never came or comes to the door. Seems too lazy to get out of his seat to deliver packages that are already a week late due to his lack of service.

It is after 4 p.m. and still no mail delivery. When I called Garfield Station to find out why, their was no answer when I stayed on the line, and there was no answer when I pushed 1 to speak to a supervisor! What is happening down there? I live at 14001 47th Avenue East, Tacoma, WA 98446 and am expecting some very important mail today!!

Terrible service, especially the male Manager. I have had missing mail ongoing for over a year and still not getting my electric bill etc. Have lived at this address since 1979. I called the manager who was very short with me, said he would call me back but never did.

I was expecting a package and it said it was delivered when in fact it wasn't. This is not the first time a package has been miss-delivered the tracking number is: 9274890271141954347638. I would like to know where the item is! Also do you folks man the phones?

i have a package showing " moved-no forwarding address" - and i cant even get a hold of anyone to find out what is going on. apparently it was attempted delivery at 6:56am - hahahaha i have NEVER seen my mail delivered that early. SOMEONE NEEDS TO ANSWER THE PHONE!

The post man who comes to Pac Ave businesses is very rude and does not say hello when spoken to.

Hello I am the owner of 118-120 123rd ST CT E, TACOMA WA 98445. I recevied a call from my tenants that their mailbox including the ones on this road has been broken into and destroyed. This must have happened last night because their mailboxes were fine yesterday when they went to key the mail. I want to put up new mails boxes closer to the units and not in the same location at the front of the road. What are your regulations regarding this request. This is the second time this has happened and we need to resolve this so our neighborhood can continue getting their mail.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I HAVE A LOCKING MAIL BOX OUT FRONT OF MY HOUSE IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, SO THE POST LADY TELLS US TO COME IN AND GET OUR MAIL, MY SON IN LAW WENT TO GET MY MAIL, THEY WOULDN'T LET HIM HAVE IT BECAUSE OUR NAMES ARE DIFFERENT!! I WORK ALL DAY AND AM HOME BY 6, HOW DO I GET HELP IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE??

Today I again received mail in PO BOX that was not addressed to me. This has happened many times over the past year. I sometimes talk to the window people, however nothing ever gets better. To make it even worse, your two boxes that are a depository of mail we get that isn.t ours, was so full I had to stuff the miss sent mail into it. I would have waited in line and complained, at this point I don't expect anything would have changed. You should do better.

I don't know why your offices have phones if there is no one to answer them when people need to ask a simple question. They ring all day and at 5:30 p.m. the message says "the office is now closed". It is very frustrating.

I just wish the letter carrier would stay paying attention to my mail I've lived at this address for 11/2 years and still getting old tenants mail after several attempts of requests I still get there stuff. Totally useless carrier's

Thank you!!!! This post office does good work, my fiancée had my ring special delivered to surprise me and they kept it safe, and the package wasn't all torn up and beat to hell like most packages are when you finally get them. Thank you again!
