Postal Locations

Used to get all mail on a regular basis, but lately we've had people come to our house and give us our mail that was delivered to their house. Multiple times in the last couple weeks.

I read all this complaints. I am sure at least half of these people are progressives aka dems. Why? This is what you get with more and more government. Why keep putting people in charge of your life that consistently demonstrate they only ruin it?

Do the phones work at USPS? I call serval times a day throughout the week and never get through to anyone. After 2mins of ringing a busy tone comes on. I am trying to follow up on a mailbox instal I talked to ann employee about. I emailed him with the information he requested from me (a picture and address of the new mail box) and he has not gotten back to me.

Two times this week mail carrier never comes out at all...jeez, online shows mail. Holy Father in heaven take care of them all. Lakewood WA

I've had my husband come to get our hold mail and they always say no mail then sent him to 11th and A street. However my informed delivery says I have plenty of mail.

Received email that $42 box renewal was coming due. It is automatically taken out of my bank account. Instead $52 was taken. Can't talk to a human about it as no one answers a phone. Went in person, was told it was because it was paid online which it wasn't. Never received notice in my box which is the smallest size. Can't trust them. I'm fighting this.

I have lost checks and gift cards in the mail a few times with this Post Office. I also am not a fan of the various times they come and deliver mail. Sometimes it is early in the morning and others it is late in the evening. Some days none of them know if the mailman ran or not the day before.

My light bill sent to my ex roommate new addresses and I did not get it. Her and my name on the bill.

Where shall I start? How many months/years did it take to get the automatic exit door fixed? Yesterday there were 10 patrons in line when the doors opened, but only one clerk to handle the crowd. Why aren't contents too large to fit in PO boxes not placed in the boxes by the front window, instead of requiring owners to wait in line to get a clerk to find the contents in the back room? What purpose do they serve if not the above?

They delivered junk mail today, but the package that said it was out for delivery at 0715 says "held at post office at customer request" at 1515 which it was not my request. then at 1811" delivery attempted- no access to delivery location. Lazy asses trying to get out of doing work. You delivered to my mailbox WTH??

No good service front counter

I am on my third change of address card. One was lost in the mail, the others were plain incompetence. This is the worst post office.

Would not take my package for ups. Told me I need to take there myself. Plus I been getting other peolpe mail.

I submitted a PS 8076 to our mail carrier on 3 September to have our mail placed on hold 7-10 September while we were on vacation. Instead our mail was delivered for all of those days (our neighbor collected it for us). What good is placing a hold on our mail if it is not going to be honored????

Car tabs mailed from Lakewood Auto and Vessel license July 20, 2020. It is August 10, 2020 and we still haven’t received our tabs. We called the License office and they said the Post Delivery person did not know why their office mail is not reaching customers. Tried to call and after 10 rings the line went to busy signal multiple times.

I track my package and it was delivered on may 6th, but I still didn't received any.

The majority of the time, I more than satisfied with my interactions and level of service. Today however, and it is not the first time, my wife's medicine was left next to our mailbox. Our box sits well away from the residence and is right on the road. Our box is a lock box due to the distance and past theft issues. I find this lazy and not level of service and security we expect.

So tired of my mail ending up in different city, I live in Lakewood & my package got delivered to UNIVERSITY PLACE!

I am expecting an important piece of mail that was mailed on 8/17th and it's now the 23rd at 1:30pm and I have received nothing. So I tried calling the post office for delivery time today , and all I get is a busy signal. I'm not happy at all with no answer from Post office Service
