When Amazon decided to reroute my package to USPS, the delivery was put on hold because I don't get postal service at my home. If I had known they would transfer to USPS I would have given my PO Box address. I was relieved at how easy it was to call the Seabeck post office and talked to Charles who quickly found my package and placed it in my PO box. Thank you Charles and the Seabeck post office!

Went to retrieve our packages. My card number had changed so my autopay didn't go through for my PO Box. The employee refused to give packages and refused to accept payment for the PO box. The employee stated "I would do it for anyone else, but you always seem to have issues." This employee has repeatedly been rude and unhelpful. Her comments have made it clear she has a personal problem with us and we know nothing about this person. After she said this, she slammed the door in our faces.

Worst postal service I have seen in the 41 years I have lived here In Seabeck . I am lucky if I get mail 3 times a week . I have lots of mail like checks , bank statements , income tax documents , packages , and bill statements that I have never received from this post office and their mail carrier . I have to resort to going to other post offices in Silverdale , Bremerton , and Belfair to do my business . I can`t trust the Seabeck post office with my mail anymore .
