Rude employees! I was told to come back b/c employee “wasn’t ready to help me” it was almost 9 in the morning! I’ve recieved other peoples mail in my PO Box including other customers private tax documents! Complete incompetence

None of the offices are answering their phone which is a big problem because I have a package which was to be delivered yesterday and although it says it was delivered - I watched the post truck drive away and no package left in the building I would like to get this resolved. I do not see anywhere on the tracking website where I can file a missing package report either!

I mailed my daughters birthday package via Flat Rate box from North Carolina to VI. I inverted two of the numbers of her PO Box by mistake, as I am dyslexic. Instead of the correct PO box number 25105, I wrote 25015. Admittedly this is my fault, and I alerted my daughter about my mistake, so she could speak with the clerk in Gallows Bay about it. The clerk refused to check after delivery, and refused to check again today. After my daughters third trip to the post office in 2 days she finds out her birthday gifts were sent back. This clerk is extremely rude and nasty during every encounter. A supervisor was asked for, as was a name but neither was provided. The entire staff is unpleasant at best and should have some retraining as they are working in customer service.
