On 12/2/21, I sent a package by PRIORITY MAIL, to Sadie Peterson, my sister, in St. Croix; she was notified of package's arrival on 12/9/21; when she arrived package was dripping and saturated as if someone had taken it out of a bucket with water and package was ripped; she was advised by the post office not to accept the dripping package encased in a big plastic bag; she notified me of problem with package; package has disappeared, even after several attempts to track package. It's mysterious, how and why was package saturated with water? No liquids were in package. I called post office and person with whom I spoke had no knowledge of package even after the tracking number was given to her. My sister revisited post office and they gave her a form to fill out and they said they would try to locate /investigate the missing saturated package. But today is 12/20/21, so where is the package? Initially when I called, I was told that my sister had picked up the package, but my sister said the post office told her not to accept the package, so she did not. So, who has the package? Who claimed the package and its contents? Where is the package?

There is no reason as to why people packages should be sitting in the post office for 2 and 3 days when the tracking info shows that its available for pickup. And then the lies when you call them upset they make it seem as if the slips was in the box all along. Have ppl wasting time and gas. It would be nice if they would stop chat ppl business and do the job they was hired to do it sickening now man. And then they want to give ppl attitude. Post Master Christine you need to be held accountable as well as the ppl you overseeing because this is nonsense.
