The automated system is ridiculous.You can't get any help from a live person if the information left onthe redelivery card is missing key information. I spent more than 30 minutes trying to get a live person and the system disconnected me.I still have not been able to reschedule the redelivery and not even sure what it is as nothing was checked and info about sender isn't clear.
Just what I expect from a govt run office.Tracked a package there. Said it was there from internet site. Said it was there from employee. Walk in and the lady at the desk said it was sent back to shipper. Finally got the supervisor involved and she found it. Most desk clerks at most branches i have encountered are lazy and know there wont be any repercussions.
What is wrong with them? At least they should pick up the phone and put you on hold. They are doing the same, I am looking for my UPS package returned back to their office, but do not answer my call !!!!
This is the worst post office in richmond! They lose packages lose mail n take months to replace keys and act like its your fault. They get paid to sit around and talk n pass out a few stamps. I cannot wait to move out of this area I dred having to go up here. Postal workers on klockner YOU SUCK
Went there today to pick up a package i had missed sat b/c i had to work. i was on my lunch break and had to get my kids from school walked in and saw i was the only one in there i spoke and ring the bell ever been then you know) so that i can show my id and get my package . Two older womwn standin there keep talkin and told me ring it once another worker said aloud they cant hear the bell in back can you all ring or tell them the ladydid not so i rung the bell again and she said they can hear they keep talkin so i kept ring until the older lady left the frront and went o back i thought to help i waitied another ten min by this time more ppl came in so i continue to ring the bell she finnally came and got my paper and checked my idea and brought me my package. I almost lost it.
