I mailed a golf club to someone thru this PO and they claimed that the 1lb 12oz package was actually 3lb 7oz and charged me for underpaying. Talk about mail fraud! But then, what do you expect?

This is the only post office in town with a self-serve postage terminal. I paid for 3 priority boxes, but the collection bin was locked or jammed. There is nothing but frustration with the post office in this town.

I have a huge complaint on this office. I was sending my fiance a bday/valentines gift. When I got to the office on Feb.13 to get it delivered to Ohio. I was offered an overnight "money back guarantee". I was very excited! It did cost 64$ but I was willing to have it there for his bday/valentines. I told my fiance please watch for the postal worker it will be there before 3. After 3 came around and know delivery he went down to the post box. Where the smaller mail is delivered. He had a "sorry we missed you". WAIT!! No one even tried to deliver to the condo. Okay! Money back?! That's why I paid for it. I called the following day they were open and explained what happened. I was asked to come in and talk to someone else. So I did that afternoon. Of course, I had to leave work to get there by the time they closed. I then was telling the lady what happened and asked what I needed to do about getting at least the money back for overnight fee. So she was gone a long time. 10minutes :). I was listening to how they were so busy and didn't even know what time they were going to be able to leave. The co workers were talking about being closed the prior day for the holiday. How they're having to pay for it now. All the postal workers left with flash lights not knowing how long each would be gone. Anyway! The lady helping me came back and said the package was undelivered due to weather. Okay! I asked why they didn't attempt to deliver to condo. She then said if she was at risk of hurting herself by falling or it wasn't safe it wouldn't be delivered. I said they left the garage door open. She could of pulled up and drop the box off. She then said it snowed 15 ft. I was confused 15 ft?.. Then the clerk said I wasn't in her hip pocket when she was delivering. I don't know why she didn't deliver it. I simply said the money didn't come out of your hip pocket either. She said she couldn't help me. I would need to call back and talk to someone else the next day. Of course it's closing time and he was on a route. Well, I did. That was a useless conversation. This whole time not one apologized or even tried to help find a solution for the issue. I did ask if he knew why I was calling and what it was regarding. He said he heard something about it. I told him the story. Then I asked what he was going to do. He said all I wanted was my money back and he couldn't give that to me. I said I would like the overnight fee back. I don't mind paying for the package being delivered. I was pretty heated on this conversation. It seemed he didn't even care about what happen much less care to completely handle it. He did apologize about it after I said it multiple times know one has. He then said he couldn't approve the refund and would have the post master call me. WELL! Still no phone call! FRUSTRATED!! End to the story after the day of the supposed delivery my fiance had to go to another state for work. He went today 2/25 to pick the packaged up and some how they manged to deliver it to the house today while no one was home and left it. So 11 days later is ok for them? With no reason.. They never attempted to leave it until today? Even left it in the garage. I don't know If I will ever use this business again. We have so many other better, cheaper and more dependable options out there. OH!! I'm sure more respectful and understanding when spending your money on something that has a sentimental meaning behind it.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Looked online to see hours of operation to find that you closed at 6:00 pm. Got there at 5:35 to find you closed at 5:30 pm instead. Very aggravating!

Please update your hours. They state you are open until 6:00 pm. The window was closed at 5:30. We drove a long ways to NOT make it time. That was frustrating considering we looked online before making the drive. Thanks so much!
