I did not receive my phone in the mail that I ordered from qlink on the 3rd of March. the tracker said it was delivered but it wasn't in the mail qlink said to check with you I called but no one answered

When ever there is a sub carrier I notice they don't use the sidewalks but walk lawns, also the one today "hopped" his truck up Hooper at least to 3923/3924 area and not due to packages. I realize lawns make the walk shorter but the walk also produces a path. Thank you.
