I made an error putting in the address. When I checked the tracking it said it was returned to the post office for address verification. I called the post office and the phone was answered almost immediately! No waiting on hold! The employee was very helpful and went to track the package down. Great customer service!

Mail is constantly late, around 6 PM. Never the same person. Undoubtly the Post Master does not have the ability to assgin permanent routes. When we had a permanent. carrier, mail came around 11 AM to . No grocery ads for 3 weeks. They keep begging for taxpayer money without even providing the service promised.

1.) We have received no mail 10/7/19 and 10/8/19 even though the email mail notice “Informed Delivery Daily Digest” showed images of mail to be received for both days, one of which was a bank statement. 2.) We very seldom receive mail on Fridays and Saturdays even though the “informed Delivery Daily Digest” shows Mail to be received those days. That mail usually comes on Monday or Tuesday .... late.

Within a 2 week time frame, I ordered 5 packages and only received 2! After tracking the packages, they all said delivered at the correct address, but they were no where to be found at my house. After contacting USPS we were able to locate the other 3 packages. 1 package was found 2 blocks away from house, and the other 2 packages were scanned in at 2 different houses down my street but are still no where to be found. I am now out of packages and out of money because the carrier failed to deliver the packages at the correct address!

My packages are missing out of a locked mailbox. The mail delivery person knew exactly what was missing. I'm sorry but in my housing community there are over 300 people alone. But they remembered mine exactly. Good luck getting any help on what to do.

I always seem to have a problem getting anyone to answer the phone at the Azalea station P.O. I was there today & bought stamps at the self-service station to avoid the line. The machine is still printing Christmas stamps. Seems that by now (1/31/18), it should be printing regular stamps (flags, etc). Sure, the Christmas stamp will get my SYMPATHY card delivered to a friend who just lost a loved one... but I didn't want to attach a holiday stamp. Please CHANGE the program on kiosk to stop printing holiday stamps? Thank you.

This is the 4th time in the last year or so that an item I've ordered has been damaged by my mail carrier. The item, a large white/stiff envelope containing a placard representing a President with a Presidential Dollar & Stamp from that era. It is a part of a collection I have been receiving for years. On the FRONT & REAR in LARGE BLUE LETTERS it reads, DO NOT BEND. But mail carriers keep bending them and cramming them into my mail box? Have contacted the local USPS to no avail. They will give me no refund for my loss. I have to contact PCS and request a replacement. MAKES ME VERY MAD!!!

Put a pre-paid Priority Mail package in my mailbox today, but the carrier did not pick it up. Not sure why, as I printed the label online from usps.gov. The carrier also failed to pick up the Netflix dvd return envelope I had in the mailbox. The carrier did deliver an envelope, simply setting it on top of the Priority Mail package.
