Your people are indifferent. I called that office literally all day. I recieved a busy signal. My husband called as well, he recieved the same. He and I called all day until closing. BUSY!!! REALLY? This is absolutely unacceptable. Your people don't make eye contact for fear they may need to answer questions or even smile. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.

The hours here are super limiting. If you work outside of Taylor and have to be at work by 8am, you might as well forget about mailing anything from this office. If you think you can do it on your way home, nope as they close by 4:15pm. Saturday's hours are even worse from 9am to 11am. The staff are very friendly, most most of the time overworked and there is always a line during lunch rush during the week.
