Missing package Tracking Number 930011092300226327 Apparently delivered on January 30th (when we had the ice storm. Might it be possible that because of the storm it was taken back to the postoffice and is there for return.

Me and my neighbors are delighted to now have Chandra Sprviell as our post woman. We used to have the wrong mail in our boxes all of the time - NO MORE! Chandra is very focused and responsible. It's a pleasant change from our past carrier(s). Thank you

These are the absolute rudest bunch of illiterates on earth. Clearly, they hate their jobs, and they hate customers, especially the ones with questions like why is my mail continually stolen? They are the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor, just don't deal with them. Someone has sticky fingers at the post office, surprise surprise! They couldn't care less to even listen. Pathetic.

Opened my mailbox this morning and the entire cluster of boxes opened, exposing the whole neighborhood’s mail. I closed it and reopened and it all opened again. PO does not answer the phone! I can’t get there because I work til 5:00, they close 4:30. Trying to call all morning. No answer and no way to leave message!

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. The staff turned me away at 11:00 with a package in hand. A female postal service team member shut the screen in my face! First of all, why the hell does this post office close at 11 am on Saturday? This is so inconvenient considering this location is not central to the majority of the residents living in the area. So we all have to drive completely out of the way to get there and only have two hours to work with on Saturday. For most working individuals that have postal service needs, Saturday is the ONLY day that can be accomplished. How does this location justify only being open for two hours on the most important day of the week? Y’all should be ashamed! Furthermore, when a package doesn’t fit in my community mail box, the postal carrier takes it back to the station.... we do a lot of online shopping, so I’m constantly getting a slip in my box to pick up large package at the station. Can I request that the postal carrier deliver my packages to my door when they don’t fit? I’m 1.6 miles away from the community mail box as my house is near the rear of the neighborhood. This has been such a hassle ever since we’ve lived here and Saturday is the only day I can collect these packages from the mail station. It is a very disappointing inconvenience that I was turned away today.... there are item in that large package that I need this week! I won’t be able to go back until next Saturday to pick it up. This is unacceptable!

I am becoming increasingly annoyed with my packages being left in my grass by the road when I live in the back of a 3/4 acre property. If it doesnt fit it the mailbox. Do not dump it in my yard. This time, my package got stolen. It states it was left in a "secure area" no. It was dumped in the grass by the ROAD. make an effort to put it on the porch like everyone else. Also, my mail carrier literally only delivers my mail 2 or 3 times a week. I have the email notifications that show me what I am supposed to get every day. Sometimes those letters dont show up for another 2-3 days. Also, twice now I have been delivered certified mail, that was left in the mailbox with the peach letter stating I need to sign for it, so they couldnt deliver it. But he did! I'm pretty sure that is not the point of certified mail. Please get us a carrier that does his job properly.

i understand the manager instruct employees to not answer the phone and they have the worst customer service imaginable. talk to any employee they do not care. when you have a problem it will not be addressed. everyone is so independent its disgusting. the manager is never there as he is delivering mail. they also will not return phone calls left in post office.

This post office, and all of the carriers, are the WORST! They never answer their phone and they never remember to put ALL of the packages that show tracking as “out for delivery” in my box!

In tracking an expected package, I found that the package had arrived at the post office but was not being delivered. After two days I went to inquire about the package. I was told that there was postage due on a flat rate package, which I had to pay to receive my merchandise. I was also told that the sending post office should have never sent the package as it was not properly mailed by the sender. It was bad enough that I was forced to pay extra postage on a package that was supposedly prepaid, but I never got a phone call or slip in my mailbox informing me that there was a problem. Is this the type of service my tax dollars pay for?

We have not had any mail service now for several days. As I understand from other residents in Cyprus Cove, others also have not received mail. The word is that no can can call the Post Office and get an answer. I am concerned as I have never seen this happen before.

I just read the reviews and have to agree. The 800 number for the Post Office is a nightmare... and calling THIS number is no good. It just rings and rings. Crappy customer service. How pathetic.

Your Post Office is delivering the wrong mail to my address. I am wondering what they did with my mail. There is a serious problem here and it needs to be looked at. This is not the first time this has happened. One time I got medicine that belong to the street over from me. I have tried calling and speaking with an individual but keep getting a busy. Phone off the hook????? I would understand if it was around Christmas when this happens but know its anytime during the year. Please pay attention to what you are doing with the mail.

This post office sucks. No local number to check on a letter that wasn't delivered and was held at the office. but wait times on the phone are over an hour. One clerk on duty and wait times in line are incredibly long.

I have nothing but flat out disrespect and spite from this post office. My mail is return for no reason other than the shove more paper ads than my mail in my box. The laxy says they pay us to deliver ads. Wrll lady i pay for my mail addressed to me not unknowns. Again i have important time sensitive mail returned due to their lack of common sense and flat out judgemental ways. Trisha is a judgemental snob who should've retired with that attitude years ago.

This is the worst post office ever. They decided to not deliver a package to a home because it would mean that they would have to get their fat ass off the truck to deliver it. Then they lied about delivering the package the second time. The post master even lied for the delivery driver and said the package fell behind their box in the truck. When we went to pick up the package at the post office they lied again and said no one was home..What a bunch of LIARS!!

Our service has been terrible lately. Last week I received two packages that belonged to other people; so I delivered them to the houses myself. December 27 I was notified of a package delivered to me, but it wasn't in my box. No doubt someone else (the postal worker?) is enjoying my package. This is becoming a real problem in River Crossing!

I have lived in Whispering Hills off of 46 for almost 20 years now. From the day we started receiving mail something has gone wrong. Our driver has been found sleeping in his yellow jeep on a side road, at least 2 times a week I get someone else's mail and have to re-deliver it, website says my package was delivered when we never rec'd it.
