Had an item lost in the mail. Guy named Ruben identified himself as a supervisor and was a jerk from the start of the conversation. Was not friendly was not sincere. Send in mail we lose it oh well your problem. Never dealing with them again.

I paid express fees to have an item shipped from Japan for a customer of mine, tracking number EL011097376JP Delivery was attempted on Saturday 5-6-2017 but we were not home. Even though the carrier had the incorrect date on it of 4-6-2017. I still have not received my package. Joshua has told me several times he would check into it but he does not call me. I have to call him. He obviously does not care about customer service.!!!!! This has been extremely frustrating!!!!! There is no accountability for USPS. YOU screw up and it's "oh well". My sister in law was a postmaster and she would have never treated her customers like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
