I haven't been receiving any mail in 3 weeks at: 5222 Avalon Point #1206 Missouri City Texas

This must be one of the worst post office location ever. They never answer the phone, the people at the window are far from professional or helpful. I wish someone would check on these people during business hours.

Myself and 5 other people stood in line for more than an hour ringing the bell and calling. No one came to the door to help us. We could hear people laughing and playing around. I held the bell and a worker banged on the door and never came out to service. No one even came to the door to acknowledge we where standing outside. What’s the purpose of having open business hours if you’re not going to help. 6 people waiting for mail they need. Absolutely horrible service. This is the only post office ( Glenn Lakes) that I know that has provided horrible service for the 17 years I’ve lived in this zip code. We understand if you are short staff, but we don’t understand people playing around on the other side of the door and NO ONE ever acknowledging us. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Trying to contact your branch because of last medication package was supposedly delivered to me that hasn’t been very important all I get is your message box is full not real promising I need the medication Cvs sent me and you supposedly delivered I’ve tried everything and now I have no one to talk to please contact me thank you

Post office driver do not come to pick up my packages. I have a schedule. weekdays they have to come to pick up but sometimes they come sometimes they do not. Who is responsible to check the drivers who they do not make their job properly. I am really fed up from this post office.

They have to take package from my house according to schedule but in 20 days 5 or 6 times they did not come to pick my packages. In one year may be more than 30 days they did not come to pick up my packages. Someone responsible must check the driver or worker.

Cannot reach this location. Online chat doesn't work, mailbox full and number the main post office gives just rings until it disconnects. I have missing package.

My mother visited this location yesterday She spoke with a female employee and provided her with the necessary information to receive the package. The employee told my mom to step to the side so that she could assist other customers but the issue is the employee never gave any other employee my Mom's information so she did not assist my mom with her need. With all the negative and poor reviews about this location, I feel someone needs to look into retraining the staff and making sure customer service is improved! There is NO excuse for this from a "professional "employee. A 1 star rating isn't really accurate for the lack of quality and professionalism that was NOT shown yesterday.

Parcel # LS373784069CN was delivered to this mailbox on July 14 to this day July 20th I still havent received my merchandise, which should be sent to my address in Wichita Falls Tx, I dont know what it is doing in your facility ?????????when will i receive my mail???????????

Certified Return Receipt mail Notification never received for 70171450000212173766. When This was tracked today it shows attempted delivery. No notification was ever left of this!!!!!!! Why? This has happen recently before also.
