I’ve had a Christmas gift stuck here lost in that mess since Christmas. They had to resend me it via UPS. Now someone sent me something and it said it made it here. Im MAD!!!!!!!! Its just sitting there
I have been trying to call and no one answer the phone. I have a package in transit for 2 weeks, and the last place the package was in this office, could you please help me with this?

Very POOR service!! I have been waiting on a package that was mailed from VA. It is taking a tour of Texas since December 30: Virginia to Houston, North Houston, Cleveland, North Houston, Willis (where it is supposed to go), Cleveland, Coppell, North Houston, back to Missouri City since January 9th. Where is the package???
Not sure what’s going on with this USPS facility, but I’ve have four separate packages (over the past two weeks) arrive there and sit there for several days before being sent to next facility. And then there’s never any updates after that other than “arriving late.” One of my packages arrived there on 12/6 and then it showed three different updates saying “in transit to next facility” even though it doesn’t specify which facility. Now here it is 12/14 and it’s showing that it’s being processed again at Missouri City. WTH?!?! And for some reason all my packages that ship out from east of Kemah, bypass Kemah and League City UPSP and go to Missouri City. WHY?!? Is Missouri City a hub where all packages in Galveston County have to be routed to?? Every single purchase I’ve made that’s being delivered by UPSP is late. Not by one or two days but by 4 to 6 days because they sit in Missouri City for multiple days. And this is why I buy everything I can from Amazon. Do better,, USPS!!!!
Terrible service. You call and no one ever picks up. I have mail that hasn’t moved from that office. 4 days. All I need to know if it’s there can I go get it.
the city of missouri city is a business. we are open and we do not have mail picked up or delivered. this is not the first or second time i've filed a complaint. no one answers the phones.
I just moved over here and i still get all old mail from past people that lived here i called up to the post office everyday now and not once has answered , this is such a trash post office and no help at all , i have no transportation to get to the post office
USPS telephone help is a cynical disgrace. A half hour of listening to automated choices gave me neither the right choice, or a chance to speak with an agent. It is obvious that the purpose of this "service" is to keep anyone from being served. It should not be so impossible to report that a carrier delivered a tampered box with nothing in it.

I have tried calling location 1902 Texas Pkwy, Missouri City, TX 77489 all morning @ 281.208.0838, I get one ring and then a busy schedule. This is unacceptable for hours the phone line is not working properly...I should not have to waste my time and resources to speak to someone about my post box fee and when it is due, please can someone email me a good number to call this location so I can arrange to pay my post box fee. thnx in advance
