Horrible service and they keep using Covid as an excuse!! They keep saying packages are delivered to my mailbox, well problem is I don’t have a mailbox. They are supposed to leave packages and mail at the front desk of the business. Clearly stealing mail and can’t seem to get anyone on the phone at 6 different numbers. About to loose my shit!!!

my address is 4340 Dengar Midland 79707 I had packages that were delivered and were suppose to be in the parcel locker and the package were not in there and the key to open the locker was not even the right key. I spoke to my neighbors and they are having the same problem. I was told we have a new postman.

They don’t pick up phone, I have tried for days, multiple times a day. Looking for a package for a friend in the area who never received it. My fault for losing tracking information but it is not right that I can’t even get in touch with the post office.

I would recommend that anyone going to this post office go as early as possible, that way you can avoid the crowds and ship your package(s) as soon as possible. Going between 9:00-12:00, maybe even sometimes 1:00-2:00 can get you the best service. Going early also has its perks when it comes to employees. Whenever I go early, I always get this really nice man who makes sure that I get the best and lowest prices for shipping. He's great. However, I find that whenever I go later, I always end up getting the employees who charge the most per package. Sometimes this isn't the case, but it's just been my personal experience there thus far.
