I am concerned I have tracked 3 packages lately they get to Midland Texas USPS then are lost One today showed it went from Midland to Bay City and it should have gone to Fort Davis Texas which is about 400 miles in wrong direction??? The other 2 had to be resent by company never been found after reached Midland Texas. This is very concerning !

I have been missing most of my mail since the first of February, I 've been trying to call the Post Office, but the phone just rings until the phone disconnects. I've emailed customer support and did receive an email about the mail being re-scheduled for delivery soon. I want to know where my mail is and if I need to go pick it up. Terrible customer service no one will answer the phone. What is going on at the Post Office? We want to know!

I have been trying to call this office for 3 days with no one answering the phone. I am seriously beginning to wonder if this office is open or if anyone works there. The reason I have been calling is because on the morning of November 10, 2021 there was an accident in front of my property. This accident not only caused my mail box to flatten, the pole to be snapped in half but also cost a man his life. There for not only is my mailbox flatten but the mail carrier has no way to deliver my mail unless he comes to my door. I would greatly appreciate it if A LIVE PERSON will answer the phone or call me back. My number is 432-352-4251

So, haven’t gotten my mail in weeks. They’ve changed letter carriers 4 times or more in six weeks. Lady at the downtown counter was SO rude I was nearly in tears when I left. I’ve worked in collections so it takes a LOT to get me that upset. Last time I didn’t get mail, some jerk had put a forwarding order on my mailbox. I live alone and it wasn’t me. Add to that they NEVER answer the phone and since I work 55+ hours a week getting there to talk to anyone takes an act of Congress and when I get there, that one person at the counter is incredibly rude. I’ve never been rude to her, but I do hope someday she gets what she dishes out to me EVERY time I’m there.

I have called and let it ring until it disconnected me 22 times. I have a package that was delivered from Amazon but I did not receive it. I also received someone else’s package that has same address but 3 streets over that I will deliver myself I guess. But I need to know where my package is not the first time this has happened

There’s no more customer service. Called the main number, 432-682-3381 at downtown station and after ringing over 20 times someone picked up the phone and hung up without responding. Called back and nobody picked up during normal business hours. It’s no wonder why nobody wants to use the post office anymore!

Moved and did a change of address Online..everything went through on my end. I did this before Christmas .... Still haven't gotten any mail. Went to Post Office just to be Shoved aside because they just don,t want to do their Job. was told it would be six weeks to start receiving my mail....went back 2 days ago because My Post Man (Joey) caught my mail going to another address...He took time out to knock on my door and Explain to me what was going on....Hell of A Lot More then any of the Employees at the Post office in Midland. Then one of the Managers Handed Me A Paper and then GRABBED IT OUT OF MY HAND. I was So MAD I Was Shaking By the Time I got Home. We Pay their CHECK just to get TREATED like SHIT! Been back and forth 4 Times and Still haven't gotten Anything Resolved.

Son went to the Downtown Midland PO to mail an expensive car part to me overseas at my APO address. Postal employee refused to accept my son's money to insure the package! This PO will be subject of a US Postal Service Inspector General complaint that I will submit today. https://www.uspsoig.gov/form/file-online-complaint

Same as everyone else below. No answer, no service. One package showed to be delivered but I never received it. The vendor shipped another and this time it was returned to sender as no valid address. Pathetic! And these folks are supposed to handle election ballots???

I have never dealt with a worse postal service in my life, than the one in Midland Texas. I have lived here for 6 years now and they have lost countless packages, say they were delivered and not take responsibility for any of it. Recently I ordered two small items from the same place at the same time. They shipped at the same time, in two different packages. They were shirts, so nothing special. Midland USPS delivers one and the same day says the other was undeliverable and is being held for pick up. Someone please explain this to me. From now on If I order something online and it is to be ships USPS I just won't order it.

At 2:15 p.m. 2 phone calls were never answered. After giving location hours, the recording said I was being transferred to an operator. Both times, after waiting on hold while the the phone rang 3-4 minutes. My call was then disconnected, as the tone changed to a busy signal. I had previously been unable to satisfy my issue with the 800 number.

Your online tracking says that my package was delivered but there is nothing in my mail box. I have several times to contact your office but no one answers. Phone rings forever and no one picks up. I will come by the office today to figure this out.

I have a complaint about my mail delivery on 8/7/18. A box was put in my mailbox (413 ECR 140) that was too large to fit. The post person shoved it in and I had to cut the edges of the box to remove it from my box. I was NOT happy.

The mailman that delivers to Midland Staybridge suites on Catalina Drive in Midland Texas is very lazy. Several times a week he does not deliver our mail instead he writes Mail Box blocked on the mail. How lazy is that. If we have boxes that won't fit in mailbox he needs to get out and bring them inside right? So why put mailbox blocked and continue on. We have guests that are waiting for mail and this is how it is being done. Very unprofessional and a waste of tax payers money.

Go to check my mail only to find out you have changed the whole mail lock box unit and my keys don't work in the new unit. Ask a neighbor and his key doesn't either. We were not told anything about the change or sent the new keys ahead of time. So I try to call and ask what we need to do, I have been on hold for 40 minutes as I write this. I see it says you pay between $23 - $47/hr maybe you should lower it to $15 and hire a lot more people. This is crazy.
