I’ve been trying to call and complain about postal service, but no one answers. Please tell your employee to read the address. She is leaving mail with a different number or street name every week!

I have 6 missing packages from the Claydesta post office since December. Each package had tracking numbers on them. Each time the lazy post workers say, it is lost. File a claim. Who has time to deal with this stupidity and theft. No one is this negligent. It is theft and selling of items, or use. It is selling on eBay or Amazon or other or use as each item was different - from printer ink to medicines. It seems the Claydesta post office workers have a side business going at the cost of its postal citizens.

The USPS in Midland, TX has the worst customer service and delivery of all the cities I have lived in. For nearly a year, I have been trying to reach someone at their physical office, by phone, and have asked my mail carrier for help. My neighbor receives my mail and is only in Midland a few weeks at-a-time. I was nearly in tears, asking my postal carrier to help me track down my son’s medication. His attitude was awful. He said, “There is nothing I can do. Call the postmaster.” I told him I have called repeatedly but no one will answer the phone. The postal carrier laughed and said, “Maybe he just doesn’t want to talk to you.” I’m talking about my son’s medication! I’ve switched to UPS and FedEx, but UPS will sometimes have a USPS handle the local delivery. The USPS in Midland is the WORST!

That is extremely sad. I just moved here and have had my husband's medication delivered to our home zero problems for 7yrs. Part of the time UPS when we need it overnight and the rest of the time through the usps. Our carrier in San Angelo was Amazing and the customer service at their main branch is also top notch. Now I am afraid to see how next month will go when it is delivered to Midland.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I have been calling for the last 5 days. I have a package that I am trying to get redelivered. I am out of town till Friday. No one seems to help. Logging in online and trying to get my package scheduled for re-delivery doesn't work or help. No one seems to answer your call. I have even tried and called the district office. No one answers the phone's over there either. Don't know where to try after this.

Horrible customer service. My package was delivered to the wrong house, the people will not return the package and the post office says I have to just wait for it to show up! That is their fault for being careless and not paying attention to the address. The post office should be held accountable and should give me the money i have lost due to the carelessness of their employees. They will not answer the phone at the post office either!

Had package scanned delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my mailbox. Can’t find a phone number to call and find out what happened. That’s a shame that’s the kind of service you get . What’s even worse is nobody cares . If I have a choice I’ll use UPS or FEDEX from now on out ! Ninety nine % of postal employees on Midland,Texas are worthless!!!!!!

Several weeks ago my mail started being returned to sender. I have a newborn at home and had ordered quite a few packages in order to stay in and not have to get out of the house with him. All the sudden I started learning my mail was all being returned to sender. I filed the complaint online and long story short, the carrier told Barbara and DJ at Claydesta office that I had been marking my mail return to sender, so they decided I didn’t live there anymore and to return all mail. The carrier even supposedly showed them a piece of mail i had marked and returned. As I explained to Barbara (she called me to tell me to quit sending her emails that the case was closed and I tried calling DJ, but nobody answers the phone at this station), I never marked mail return to sender and given I hadn’t received any mail for approximately 2 weeks now, how would this carrier have a piece of mail that I had marked this on? This made no sense. Barbara was about the rudest individual I have ever encountered and told me the case was closed and to stop emailing her. When I asked how i could get reimbursed for the shipping fees (somewhere around $100) that I had to initially pay and then the reshipment costs when wrongly returned she responded, that wasn’t her problem and nothing would be done. I saw a public neighborhood post today about so many others that are having mail issues. I hope this can somehow get resolved.

My package has been out for delivery since early this morning. It's now 8:21pm and our block had not had delivery. I paid extra for priority shipping!

Due to the oil boom, it is really hard for them to hire new employees. The load they put on those carriers is awful. I worked there for 3 years, in the beginning it was easy because we had enough employees to cover every single route, but as the years went on, people were retiring, moving, or quiting, and by law they cannot hire any more career employees with benefits. In the 3 years I worked there, I got heat exhaustion 3 times to the point where I had to leave work and go to a doctor, I was bit by many dogs, and was actually attacked by a person. On any given day, a carrier can carry his or her own full route AND part of another route, so that is why mail will be delivered as late as 8 o clock. One december, I was out delivering until 930 at night, the monday before Christmas...
