I have been in Keller now for almost 3 years. I have had nothing but problems getting and recieving my mail. I even had my boyfriend add me to the "List" so i can make sure they deliver it. However, by even doing that step, the postman still does not deliver my mail to the house and has caused me to get denied for certain benefits due to not returning paperwork that is needed because I never got it in the first place. So now (for the third time) my kids wont recieve medical coverage, food, etc.. I do have a job however it does not pay that well so therefore its a struggle. How is this legal and how is it that they can do this and get away with it??

Wasn't pleased to find out when questioning the provider of my most read magazine that I have read for at least 20 years and recently renewed, that my post office had told them my magazine was not deliverable. I've been here for eight years and still receive the rest of my mail...how can they say it is not deliverable?

I moved March 16 from Keller to Grapevine. I turned in my "change of address" weeks before the actual move. My postman took it. I have not received one piece of my mail !! NOTHING has been forwarded to me! I've been to the Grapevine P.O. and they said that mail coming from Keller took a looong time! WHY? Could you please check on this?

Our mail, to be held while away (started Thurs 2/15 & stopped Tues 2/20), was a total fail! No mail delivered 2/14 (my husband checked it again about 6 p.m.) Upon our return late night Sun 2/18 we had a couple pieces of mail (not the normal amt for Thurs, Fri & Sat --3 days). Monday was a holiday so we expected mail to be delivered the 21st but did not receive ANY mail. -very rare to skip a day of getting mail. Have tried calling all morning but cannot get through. Apparently even the phones don't work! -Occasionally our mail ends up in a neighbor's mailbox & theirs in ours (we share brick mailbox structure). Not a huge problem until they moved & home has been vacant about 3 mos. -tempting to look in their mailbox but haven't as it is against the law. Recently mail of 3 different neighbors ended up in our mailbox -NONE of it was ours! (I personally went to each door and handed them their mail.) -Today I'll go to the Keller Post Office after the usual mail delivery time (early afternoon) if still no mail. If it weren't cold & rainy I'd do some yard work so I could ask the carrier as mail gets delivered on our street.

While I applaud the hiring of the mentally deficient to deliver mail, I am tired of having my mail delivered to other people in my neighborhood and receiving everyone else's mail at my address. Now the moron has started returning properly addressed packages to sender. The Keller post office is the worst in the country.

Had to mail some baby announcements, envelope said it required extra postage. I went to the trouble to go inside and wait in line with my infant and mail them in person so we could pay the extra postage. The employee who helped me weighed the envelopes and said "nope just 49 cents" even though the postage area on the envelope said " extra postage required." I pointed this out and asked again to make sure, and was assured it was just 49 cents per envelope. I mailed them out. Now they are showing up to recipients with a requirement for them to pay the extra postage. How embarrassing! Please make sure employees know what requires extra postage, especially when it is written right on the envelope.

I put 2 cards into my mailbox on 2/28 and neither has made it to the intended recipient. Very disappointing. When I try to call a local post office to ask "where does the carrier take my mail when she picks it up from my mailbox", the phone rings and rings and rings. No one picks up. So I decided to call the National number and this is what it says "your call is important to us, please hold. Your call will be answered in one hour and 19 mins". OMG, good grief!!!!

Haha! Just wait until your on the phone for an hour and a half and at 6:28 they disconnect the call. This is absolutely absurd, however what can be done about the postal service??? Its as if they are "untouchable" what a disgrace

I would like to report that this is the second time I have put mail out with the flag up and the postal lady, Marly, has not picked up mail. The new mail was on top of my outgoing mail, when I approached her, she asked if my flag was up. I told her yes, it was up yesterday as well, but since you failed to pick it up again I figured I would hand deliver it to you. I called he postal office and spoke with Harvey who laughed it off and could care less. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know. I have an address on the mail, a stamp, and the flag is up on the mailbox. What more do I need to do to ensure in the future my mail will be picked up?

If you are not getting your mail delivered correctly please visit

Expecting a couple of settlement checks to be delivered over the last 3 months via certified mail. First instance, our attorney spent an hour (at our cost) trying to track down the check. When I went to retrieve it, I asked about the USPS practices regarding certified mail. Two notices are delivered to the home and if it's still in their possession after 15 days, they return the letter to the sender. I pointed out that almost 20 days had passed and the letter was still in their possession and that there would be another check coming the following month. I was assured they would speak with our carrier and fix the problem. They didn't.
Second instance, no notifications to us, and after 23 days the letter was still not returned to the sender. Two messages to the 'acting' post master and no return call.
My husband just got her on the phone and after laughing off the charges we've incurred from our attorney, she blamed our carrier, mentioned that our tax dollars don't pay her salary, and basically stated there's nothing she can or will do. However, we can write a formal complaint to the Consumer Affairs division of the USPS. Maybe I should send it certified!

For the past 6-10 months, we have had several different carriers delivering mail in our neighborhood. There have been days when we were either bypassed or no delivery came on our street in a given day. I don't know what's happened at the Keller PO, but when we first moved into our home - 15 years ago - and up until about the last 18 months, everything ran smoothly. Margie was our carrier & she was a gem to deal with. Every other carrier after her has been all business like in their approach to people. She came back for a while & was always in a huge rush. It's as if she was "under the gun" or something, and every other carrier, too. What has the USPS become?

Can't stress how many times we have received the wrong mail, or watched the postal truck traverse our street to get the right mail to the correct mail box. Absolutely the worst service coming out of the Keller Texas Post Office. The excuse for several months in 2014, commensurate to an escalation in poor service has been adding staff and training. The inefficiencies and mistakes have been going on for years and the USPS should accept accountability that this is long term trend and there is an unaddressed root cause.

I have been trying to call this post office for over a month to schedule a passport application apt but no one ever answers the phone. Have tried up to twenty + times per day just to see and nothing. Why bother offering passport services by appt. only but you never pick up calls?! And half the time goes to a fax sound after ringing multiple times.

What are the delivery practices at this post office? Many times, packages too large to fit in the mailbox are left out in the open exposed to rain and theft, rather than the postman bringing the package to the front door where there is a covered entryway? It used to never be this way and USPS would deliver like UPS does...to the front door and not next to the garage door under a two foot overhang! I had a package delivered today that was already wet just from the little bit of rain this morning. I called the post office but all I got was a carrier tone like a fax machine.

I have had a PO box here since 1994. I have watched several employees reach retirement age. Nice folk. Keller has far outgrown this little facility but it is, to me, our last link to when we were town and not a congested mini-city.
