Horrible carrier at Katy Annex!!! I have had them "lose"& "mis-deliver" so many times in the past 8 years I have lived here it is unreal! I am constanly getting other peoples packages and never getting mine when it shows as delivered in tracking.
Filing claims does nothing, Calling and making complaints does nothing. They don't care about the fact that you lost money or that someone is getting paid to do a job they aren't doing.
I called the Katy Annex Post Office today 12/7/2018 at 4:20 PM. They are supposed to be open until 5:00 PM on Fridays. After listening to all the different options, I waited patiently to talk to a actual person. After ringing a bunch of times, the phone went from ringing to the fast ringing sound. I have a package that is supposedly stuck at the North Houston distribution center but the phone number there is discontinued. I can't believe how inefficient the USPS is considering how long you have been in business!
Every time I have received packages out of Katy, the tracking information does not show up. Currently, The office received a package for shipping on Sep 04, 2018. As of Sep 10,2018 according to USPS tracking it is still in Katy. What the heck is going on that they can't get the package moving, or, if it is, show the most recent location.
Thank you Ms. Jones, for going the extra mile. I had neglected to put a street name on my order. Contacted Ms Jones, she tracked down my package, corrected my mistake and got my package to me. Professional, kind and understanding. Thank you@the Katy annex!
